Pleasant but staff a bit disorganised
The Park Hyatt has a tremendous location. Check in was fast and went went to our room (531). This is quite a large suite with a separate sitting room/dining room, and a little kitchen. Excellent sized bedroom, dressing room, full bathroom and 2 separate WC’s. The living room was so big that it appeared to be a little under-furnished! The bed was supremely comfortable. Staff service could be patchy. We had a light lunch in the lobby. Mine came after 30 minutes, but my wife’s came after I had finished mine - some 15 minutes later. The drinks took 30 minutes to arrive - really not acceptable. At breakfast, the service was confused and slow. That said, we loved our room and it is a good choice in Saigon.

Hotel needs to improve.
The stay was not enjoyable. Breakfast area was overcrowded and poorly managed. Hotel was full of narcissistic possers threating like a photo shoot, which did not lead to a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast staff were slow and you had to keep moving out of their way as they barged through the narrow isles. Toddlers were allowed to scream and run around in in the corridors outside rooms. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

The Park Hyatt is definitely a first-class hotel. They had excellent service, rooms, and dining. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The oerfect hotel for a short sightseeing tour of Saigon
Visited the Pak Hyatt Saigon with my wife and another couple of friends as part of a larger group holiday. The hotel delievered in all respects. Beautiful and well appointed rooms and bathrooms and excellent food and eating facilities in the hotel. Breakfasts were awesome and the bar had a good vibe in the evenings. The hotel enjoys a perfect central location for exploring all of the best sightseeing in Saigon. I would recommend unreservedly.

A Dec stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon
Very nicely done up for Xmas. Park Lounge high tea was fantastic. Check in was smooth. Nice and attentive staff made me felt welcomed and went out to meet my needs during my stay.
