Perfect and comfrotsble stay. With dyson hair dryer !
Perfect stay in a nostalgic city. Love the guests. Can get crowded though but hotel staff are patient. Lift do gets Crowded and had to queue during peak morning and check out hours. Breakfast is good spread and comfortable seatings.

The Top Hotel in This city..do not try the Reverie. We spent 6 nights in Siagon at 2 hotels
We spent 5 nights at the Park Hyatt and 2 nights at The Reverie. Do not bother with The Reverie. The Park Hyatt had the most brilliant service..it was impeccable..fast ,our names were remembered..beautiful pool area with extra wide comfortable lounge chairs..big pool and so relaxing..by comparison the pool chairs at the Reverie were so uncomfortable the worst of any 5 star resort i have ever experienced. No one here knows our names and they got our food order wrong despite emailing them 2 months ago with a special request. We were so comfortable at PH...wish we stayed there but I heard so much buzz about The Reverie and didn't want to to miss out. Why it is a LHW is beyond me. It does not qualify in my book. PH should be regarded above it

Christmas at Park Hyatt Saigon.
I have been to Saigon several times and always wanted to stay at the Park Hyatt. I finally had my chance and loved everything about it. It’s expensive but worth it. I stayed for three days before Christmas and it was decorated beautifully.

X’mas in HCMC
We stayed for 2nights. Awesome place that gives you probably the best X’mas feel in HCMC. Breakfast is top notch and tea by the lounge is a must

An outstanding hotel that's close to everything in Saigon
This was our best Hyatt stay in 2025 (out of 100+ nights). Our expectations were exceeded, especially regarding customer service. Our feedback is mostly positive, which is rare for us as we have high standards. Customer service was perfect. Every time we went to the front desk, I felt like the person we spoke to knew the details of our reservation even if we hadn't spoken to them before. Staff was attentive but not overbearing. There was excellent pre-arrival and post-departure communication. All Globalist benefits were delivered: greeting, welcome amenity, upgrade, late checkout. The location is great. It's in the center of the city so it's easy to get anywhere. The building is lovely. It has beautiful common spaces. Our suite was gorgeous, with actual art inside, not just prints. The carpet was lovely. The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good and menu service was fast. They had local themed bedtime stories available which was really lovely.
