Fantastic Stay !!
It was our first visit to Saigon and we were fortunate to stay for 2 nights .. it was an exceptionally good stay and deserves its 5 ***** rating. Everything was perfect .. the Hotel location was ideal for our 2 day stay, breakfasts were so good, and varied, and the impressive range of fresh fruit must be mentioned. Rooms were spotlessly clean and all Hotel staff we met, were so friendly and helpful! Hopefully we will get the chance to stay again .. Thanks to everyone!!

The Park Hyatt Ho Chi Minh - the only place to stay!
We have just returned from The Park Hyatt in Ho Chi Minh where we stayed for the last 3 days of December 2025 before travelling to Hoi An to see in the New Year. We were recommended to stay there by friends in Kuala Lumpur where we live, and were not disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff paid attention to every one of our needs, the cocktail bar is first class and the rooms themselves were perfect. What's more you could not ask for a better location. All in all, a fantastic stay and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We will be back!

Another great stay at a Hyatt property in Viet Nam
We enjoyed our stay. Great service at check-in from Vy. She was kindly upgraded us knowing it was a special occasion. We're looking forward to breakfast daily - amazing selection and food quality. Can't wait to come back in 2026.

Best luxury hotel in Saigon
Just had a very short business trip back to Saigon and fortunately enough to be booked at Park Hyatt Saigon by my business partner. The hotel was wonderful as always from room to facilities to the services and foods, one of the best in HCMC. Only one comment: a pity that the hotel's PressReader app did not have the New York Times, my favorite paper as other hotels like Sofitel Saigon. Hopefully, it could be included soon during my next stay.

Amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Hyatt Saigon. The hotel has French Colonial architecture with blends of Vietnamese/ Asian charms. The rooms are big and comfortable. As a Globalist member, the extra perks of late check out/ free breakfast for the family was nice. We were also welcomed with wine and lots of treat, definitely add to our overall experiences. The best part about our stay was the staff. Everyone was genuinely caring and provided us with the best possible service. Highly recommended.
