The best Hotel and Hospitality
We stayed for three nights, and everyone—from the front desk and housekeeping to the breakfast staff—was very friendly and polite. We even received a bouquet of roses for our anniversary; thank you for making our celebration so special! The location is excellent and close to everything. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of selections. What stood out the most was when I tried to order roast pork on a busy day, but they had run out. Tuan apologized, and the very next day, he made sure it was prepared and ready at my table. It was very impressive—thank you for going above and beyond. Tuan is the best! We also want to thank Vien and Hung at breakfast place for their wonderful hospitality.

Ho Chi Minh is a great City to visit. The Park Hyatt Saigon has a central location and the staff you can't fault. Always happy to help. Accommodation there I can't fault.

I would stay again, & for a longer time, we were only there for two nights with group travel. There's a lot to see
Gorgeous hotel and good location. Designed for and serves group travel. The breakfast buffest was delicious. Though it was confusing whether you serve yourself or the staff takes orders and serves you. Room was beautiful and the bathroom luxurious. However, do some research in the area for a laundry service before you head here and plan to get a laundry refresh. I had a bill for over $200. My bad, I should have planned ahead and looked for other options.

First class
Spent a couple of nights here. First class hotel with more than a touch of Colonial elegance. Rooms and beds are first class. The location is close to many attractions. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. No complaints.
