Staying at the Park Hyatt for a week was an exceptional experience! The hotel’s interior is elegant, evoking a sense of timelessness. Its location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Tien from the breakfast restaurant. On the first day, he graciously and promptly accommodated my strict dietary requirements and continued to provide excellent service throughout my stay. I am deeply grateful and will choose the Park Hyatt again if I have the chance to revisit Ho Chi Minh City.

Loved 3rd floor room with level access to pool. Very comfortable indeed. Fabulous breakfast. Exemplary service. Amazing dinner restaurant. Only complaint is too short a stay. We stayed in some fabulous Indochina hotels but this was the pick of them all. Just a block from the legendary Rue Catenat (as was).

2 night stay as Globalist and was upgraded to standard suite. Super grateful for the front desk staff that was able to arrange me a suite upgrade even with a full house. I was already very happy with taking the standard room for the first night and move to a suite for the second, but with some magic, front desk was able to get me moved to a suite for the first night. This really made for a wonderful experience and a delightful reward for loyalty. The pool, despite being outdoors, is one of the cleanest I've seen. The grounds are also very well-maintained and trimmed. Pool/spa/gym staff was attentive and helpful. There is a steam room and jacuzzi but no sauna, and no squat rack in gym. Breakfast offered at Opera restaurant for Globalists. Amazing variety on the a la carte menu and buffet. Loved the fresh coconut, tropical fruits, and local honey.

Everything about this hotel ticked ALL the boxes. There is not a single negative. Simply beautiful & staff treated every person as if they were royalty. Service & food were sensational. I could go on and on...

This was my 2nd stay at this facility, and both times the experience was a 5+. Strongly recommend this facility!!!
