The Reverie Saigon

Overall very exquisite and intricate design. In the city centre as well. Nothing to complain. To the boss of the room service employees who cleaned my room 3419 on May 1st, please give them a raise. After an exhausting day with my friends and family, i was welcomed with a brilliant room. The bed was reorganized to beautifully mirror each other on the sides. My leftover food on the coffee table was neatly sorted as well. They remembered my preference of extra water bottles and gave 2 extra ones on the desks near the bed each with a glass, also mirroring each other. The room lighting was perfectly dimmed to give off a romantic vibe (although i don’t really need it haha). Bathroom was sparkling clean, and i don’t remember asking for floor mats but they somehow knew i needed them and set up 2 anyways which was super considerate. I’ve been to many 5-star hotels, but i’ve never seen this kind of artistic sense and passionate effort from a room service employee before. This extraordinary performance, in my opinion, must be well-rewarded. Please keep training these room cleaners well with deserving rewards so they can keep doing the same thing to future residents.

An is the most fabulous host, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. An far exceeded all expectations and had amazing attention to detail. An is a true asset to the hotel team! We feel she has I high level of professionalism and kindness. The hotel is 5 stars for sure, but A made our stay a 6 star experience!! We cannot wait to return with friends and family when we visit again. Given how well An took care of our accommodations we would never select any other hotel for our future stays in Saigon Many thanks again to An and the whole team!!

From the booking all the way to the check out it was an amazing experience punctuated by excellent service all round. The staff were amazing, amenities world class and the rooms were delightful. We had a large room overlooking the river which gave spectacular views.

A wonderful hotel. We stayed in a panorama deluxe room and it was gorgeous. The view of the city was spectacular. The team on the ground floor were professional, leading us to our tour guides and giving us directions. The concierge set us up with a private tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels with an English speaking guide. Most importantly, my husband had a case of very bad food poisoning (not from the hotel). He was room bound and the staff were so great. It seemed as though the staff had been told and everyone was asking how he was doing and how they could help. We were very appreciative. Food from room service and the bar restaurant was great.
