The Reverie Saigon

We arrived very late, around 12:30 at night, after a long trip. Our stay was fully prepaid, with breakfast and minibar included. Even though, they asked for a credit card pre-aurhorization. We offered SEVEN different credit cards (4 mine and 3 from my husband) and they were all declined. We said it was weird, because we had just used 2 of them and most of them have very high limits. They said IT DID NOT MATTER and if we did not hand them immediately the money IN CASH, we would not be allowed to check in. Even though I had prepaid everything!!!!! I would loose the money and had to find another place at ONE IN THE MORNING!!!!!Seriously!!!!They were very very rude. After half an hour that we were waiting, without a place to seat or even a glass of water, they found out the OBVIOUS: the problem was in THEIR credit card machine. Their machine was not conectes to the internet well, so it was not working. They NEVER said even sorry and still treated me like a criminal, even after they found out that the problem was with their machine. I have NEVER been treated like that before, even in simple hotels. DO NOT make the same mistake I did, DO NOT STAY THERE. There are a lot of nice hotels inthe city!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service and professionalism of the staff from the front desk and main entrance (to open the door for us) to the restaurant team during breakfast. Their warmth and hospitality created lasting memories and made our experience truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ms. Ngoc, who welcomed us so warmly on our first day at the front desk. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting her several times, and each interaction left us deeply touched by her genuine kindness, care, and support. My mother and I are truly grateful for the thoughtfulness she showed us—it made our time at the hotel all the more special. Thank you once again, Ms. Ngoc, for your outstanding service and heartfelt hospitality and the staff we encountered at main entrance and restaurant.

Opulent hotel with great ambiance and location. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the experience. Room was classic and upscale. Breakfast buffet was first class with great service. Very walkable both ways out front of hotel.

After almost two years of living in this property, it truly became my second home. Now it’s time to say adiós. It’s bittersweet to be leaving Saigon for now, but life must go on. I have so many people to thank, but I’d like to especially mention: Ms. Duong, Tao, Ngan, linh, Long, Phat from the TRR Team, Phuong from the Executive Office, Tring from Housekeeping, Mr. Long (EOD), Phuc from the Transport Team, Phoung from the Airport Team, Anh & Hong from Room Dining Team, along with so many others who made our stay memorable. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of me and my wife throughout our long stay here. I hope that someday, somewhere in the world, our paths will cross again. We loved our stay at the Reverie. Very clean, accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and the location was great
