The Reverie is a tight running ship, with an obviously handpicked crew, providing an incredible personalized service, impeccable professionalism and a genuine warmth that is second to none. It's difficult to write a review with so few superlatives 😃. We were exposed to their(Jason's) elite team on the 38th floor, Háo, Quang Anh, Nhi, Grang and the rest of the Lounge team. I cannot convey how special thay made our trip. Note: ask Hão or Quang to make you a Dark & Stormy (alcohol forward!) - not on the menu!

From the moment you enter the Reverie hotel, centrally located in the heart of Saigon's District 1, you feel like royalty. The extravagant, colorful marble & other design elements throughout the hotel set the tone for a luxurious stay. For our honeymoon, we had 1 night booked here, but due to a change in travel plans, ended up needing to extend that stay by 2 more nights. The hotel staff & management accommodated that easily; they allowed us to stay in the same room for all 3 nights so we didn't have to move our stuff. Because they knew it was our honeymoon, they also gave us a corner room with stunning views of the city. The staff was always present & available for whatever we needed, including restaurant suggestions. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to experience the magic of Saigon.

Grest location.A bit over the top design wise, but not as bad as I expected and finishes and fittings to the very highest standard. I had a lovely 36th floor room.overlooking the river. Staff were superb.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay in late November. The deluxe king room, which is the most basic room type they have, already feels like a suite - the room is so spacious and there are two sinks in the bathroom. We were also lucky to get a room with a great view facing the river. They replenish the bottles of drinking water in the room every day, and there's also an evening turndown service. Checking in and out were fuss-free, and the girls at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The reception is located on the 7th floor and was nicely decorated for Christmas. You can't miss the grand monumental clock there as well. Location is great, it's right on Nguyen Hue street, which is a bustling street with lots of shops and eateries. There's lots to see and eat within walking distance of the hotel. To explore Saigon further, we took a Grab everywhere - there are two pick up points, one on Nguyen Hue street and the other, Dong Khoi. Would recommend the one at Dong Khoi to get to and fro the airport, as there is a proper drop off and pick up point. For some reason the drivers do not turn into the hotel and you'll have to walk out to Nguyen Hue street to board the Grab. A stay at The Reverie is highly recommended. It made our trip so much more enjoyable.
