The Reverie Saigon

The Reverie Saigon is one of the best hotel we are have ever stayed. From the concierge Mr Thuong who was the most welcoming and helpful. To checking at the Executive Club Lounge everything went smoothly. We booked a Junior Suite with Executive Club Lounge Access. The room was beyond our expectations, The room itself is artistic, unique and flamboyant. It was indeed a work of art. My wife and I really loved our room. The afternoon tea was superb, the quality of the food was excellent. The evening cocktails were amazing. The food once again was exceptional quality. The staff in the Club Lounge was beyond professional. Obliging on every whim. They made us felt very special and we will have memories with the conversation we had with Hao, Huy, Binh, Quang Anh. The breakfast at the Cardinal cafe was very good, we were greeted by Mr Cuong and handed us the breakfast exclusive menu with variety of ala carte menu. Mr Cuong was very pleasant and professional at his job. Overall, our stay has been marvellous and Im grateful for the amazing experience we had and Thank you very much Hao, Huy, Binh, Quang Anh and the rest of the Executive Club Lounge Staff for making our stay fun, enjoyable and memorable. We had high expectations of The Reverie Saigon, and unfortunately the stay was very mixed. The service in the lounge was consistently excellent – professional, attentive, and friendly staff who really did their best. The spa also deserves high praise. It was fantastic and of a very high standard, which is why we visited it several times during our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel has a significant problem with a musty/moldy smell in many of its rooms. The smell was clearly noticeable and came from the air conditioning. The staff confirmed that this is a fairly common complaint from guests. They offered to move us to another room and upgraded us, which we appreciated, but the problem remained in every room we were offered – to a greater or lesser extent, but always present. This significantly affected the overall experience at a hotel in this price range. Regarding the restaurants, the Chinese restaurant was very good, with good food and good service. However, our lunch at Café Cardinal was disappointing: very mediocre and rather bland food, with inconsistent service. The dishes were also not served to the entire party at the same time. We also had breakfast there once. The buffet was large and extensive, but once again the service was mediocre. In summary: a hotel with high ambitions, fantastic lounge service and an excellent spa, but with a serious issue that should not exist at this level. If the mold issue is properly addressed, the hotel could be truly great – but in its current state, it is difficult to fully recommend.

We had an amazing experience at The Reverie. The rooms were great, but the service stood out the most, everyone was very attentive. A special thank you to the Concierge team, particularly Mr. Loc and Mr. Truc. They helped us organize a fantastic dining experience for our anniversary that made our stay truly special. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the staying at THE REVERIE SAIGON Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam very much. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed exceptional care, politeness and professionalism. A very special moment was when the team arranged a birthday cake surprise. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are maintained to the highest standards. Amazing staff! So attentive. Amazing location: So walkable and great up-scale boutiques on the same block. Great property BUT the FAMOUS underwater music sound system was broken :-( Great room: Amazing view. French gaudy decor but it worked! Comfy bed. Great WiFi. Elegant his/her vanity! Would stay here again!
