Great Concierge Team!
Loc was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made booking a private tour and dinner completely stress-free and took care of every detail. He really listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions that turned out to be perfect. Everything ran smoothly, and the experience felt special and well thought out. Amazing hotel!! Such friendly courteous people. Buffet breakfast had wonderful choices and variety of western and Asian cuisine. Loc was very helpful to send my postcards before we left.

Where can you find a hotel that has opulent atmosphere, optimal location, high value and exemplary service? Ho Chi Minh City - The Reverie Hotel. Located in District 1 amongst restaurants/ shopping - the city doesn't sleep so you can eat or shop or both into the midnight hours. In highest order of hotel assets service is of high value. The Reverie Hotel excels! Special acknowledgement to the concierge team Dang Trung Truc and Mr. Loc who took the time to problem solve special travel issues we encountered. This is 5 star luxury personified!

Sensational Staff
I'm staying at the Reverie Residential section of this complex. I must say i have stayed all over the world, and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It's not just the amenities that make this place, which are first class, its not just the location, which is one of the best in the city, its not just the cleanliness of the entire hotel, its the people that make this place special. In particular, the front desk crew do their very best to ensure my stay is very comfortable. Every time I call with a request, I am met with a pleasant personality and a genuine care to fulfill my request. It is quite rare to have that kind of care and concern. Special recognition should go out to Ngan, Thao, and Duong, who I know from previous stays, each of them should be commended for how the treat us. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Sincerely.
