The Reverie Saigon

My stay at the Saigon Hotel was truly memorable, especially thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail. One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast — the spread was fantastic, with an impressive variety of options ranging from fresh local Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. Everything was well prepared and constantly replenished, making it a great start to the day. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The concierge, Loc, deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond with his recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. Thanks to him, we were able to attend the AO Show at the opera house — he arranged the tickets for us and even informed us about the welcome activities happening there before the performance. Loc was also incredibly helpful with tips about shopping, local customs, and places to explore in the city. Anytime we had a question, he was quick with thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced our visit. Overall, the hospitality, flawless service, and personal touches made this stay exceptional. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and would definitely return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room and facilities such as the gym are of a very high standard. The breakfast was particularly good. Cuong and his team provided excellent service, finding seating for you, and then taking breakfast and drinks orders. The fruit area of the breakfast buffet and the coffee were outstanding.

What a fabulous city-centre hotel! From the moment we checked in until the time we left, everything was absolutely exemplary. Our room was spotless, and the views over the city truly blew us away. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable – easily one of the best we’ve ever had – and we slept beautifully every night. The Reverie’s location is perfect, making it easy to walk to most attractions in District 1, with plenty of great bars and restaurants just steps away. Breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful à la carte selection, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for the team. A special thank you to all the staff who were excellent throughout our stay. We couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The title says it all. Hotel patrons are vulgar, loud and lack class. The hotel is decorated with what some perceive to be expensive furnishings, be that as it may, there is no design implemented here. They have literally thrown expensive pieces together with an overall cheap and tasteless aesthetic. The executive suite is spacious but the decor, like the hotel, lacks any identifiable design cue. The executive suite has loud patrons, the pool area is essentially a smokers pen. I have already stayed at the Park Hyatt but they were out of rooms. There is no comparison to the class of the Hyatt and it’s guests. 2 stars for the very friendly and attentive staff. Especially Sara in the spa.

Our stay at The Reverie Saigon was a fabulous start to our Vietnam holiday. The hotel was well located, the rooms were well appointed, the food fabulous and the staff hospitality exceptional, right from the reception staff to the staff at the restaurants. I would take this opportunity to call out Phu Nguyen whose proactive and exceptional support helped us recover some of belongings which were left behind in the hotel during our stay there.
