The Reverie is a luxurious Hotel ideally located in District 1. It is opulent with Italian influence but done in a very classy way. We stayed in a Panoramic Room which was stunning with amazing amenities - great shower, bath, and SUCH a comfy bed! The Breakfast buffet was incredible and thanks to all the staff who were so friendly and attentive. Great gym facilities and lovely pool set up where again the staff were attentive and brought complimentary water, juice, fruit etc which was a nice touch. The only think I feel the Hotel is missing is a great cocktail bar. The Long is a great bar and great cocktails, but this is a relaxed bar and not a formal bar. We had one great cocktail at the bar in the Hotel by the pool so the Hotel’s main guest bar, but this needs a WOW Cocktail Bar in a Hotel like The Reverie in my opinion. However, overall a great stay in extreme comfort so thanks again to all the staff especially at Breakfast.

Good location and maybe once was grand, but at the end of the day it felt a little out of date and was just okay. The decor is grand - if you like old Las Vegas or Tony Soprano. Hallway smelled a bit musty (it was very humid, so perhaps the time of year). Nice view of the city. Room was quiet, clean and slept well.

It was a lovely stay. Rooms and ambiance were special. On the top of that the service was so good. Have to mention Mai, Thanh Van, Uyen , Hung and ms Truc for their kind service. They helped me with my food arrangements and with other recommendations.

I’ve never reviewed a property but feel compelled in this instance due to the services received. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a bacterial infection the day before our check-in at this property, and so speaking to the property itself is difficult, which has a unique Italian flair. However, the staff and service was bar none the best I’ve experienced in my travels to any country or property. The team members, particularly the night shift, were incredibly accommodating in their concern for my wellness, providing prompt wheelchair services and food and drink to assist in my recovery. I cannot recommend this property highly enough based on their attention to the guest’s experience.

We stayed at The Reverie for 5 nights on the 20th floor in one of their Residential Suites. Unfortunately during or stay there was business convention on, which we knew about on booking but didn’t realise how much it would impact our stay. We were advised to go to breakfast after 08.45, the pool area (which is not very big anyway) was full when the convention had ended each day and one day we had to leave the pool with no notice at 3pm so they could set up for the conventions evening party. The Long Bar was closed to us for the majority of the evening on 3 of our 5 nights. On a positive note if we had visited at a quieter time the hotel was lovely. The Residential Suite was very spacious with a small kitchen, washing machine etc, a large sitting room, large bedroom and the was also a storage room which was very handy. There are spectacular views from all the rooms over Saigon and the river. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful especially Phong in the Long Bar who really looked after us. I would have given The Reverie 5 stars had the convention not disrupted our stay so significantly.
