Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

I stayed at this hotel for more than 15 nights, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve had in Saigon. What I expected was simple: a good gym, great service, quality food, and a convenient location in District 1. This hotel delivered all of that and more. I stayed with Club Lounge access on the 5th floor, which made the experience even more special. The gym is impressively well-equipped for a hotel — perfect for my daily workouts. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. From the restaurant team who met my expectations with attentive service and great food, to the laundry team who even emailed me for confirmation — the attention to detail was remarkable. One of the highlights for me was the daily interaction with the housekeeping staff on the 11th floor. We talked almost every day, and when I checked out, Mrs. Tran, the lovely housekeeper, even gave a small gift for my children. That thoughtful gesture truly touched my heart. Without a doubt, this hotel is my top choice in Saigon, and I will definitely come back again. Korn

Wonderful experience . All the staff were so kind and helpful and special thanks to Hang Nguyen and team in executive lounge . Room spotlessly clean , spacious and very comfortable with good air conditioning. And executive lounge extremely good with large array of food options at breakfast and evening drinkies plus a full afternoon tea and plenty of all day snacks available. Highly recommended.

This was my first time to stay at the hotel and im truly impressed by the service as well as the room and location. Breakfast was great and lot of choices, we got a big, clean and spacious city view room look down to nguyen hue avenue. I'd like to thank to all the staff that have done a good job during the busiest holiday of the year, from the reception to the room attendant and f&b staff, not to mention all the door staffs, especially Mr Trieu, who have tried their best, even to cross the busy road just to catch one taxi for us. This place definitely be our first option whenever we travel to HCMC again.

Perfect location in the city center. Amazing staff all around. Quick check-in. Loved our big room, very clean, with amazing city view (14th floor). Comfortable bed, work station, spacious bathroom, minibar, big TV, good safe, good airco. Only negative is that the room is not sound proof at all. Our room (14th floor) was literally shaking from the loud bass music in the city square below (the music was for the 50 year Vietnam celebrations). We waited to sleep until the performance was done, on both nights. Enjoyed the fitness room. Swimming pool is just ok, a lot of construction around it until the new tower is done in a few months, probably the area will be improved. Food and drinks can be ordered at the pool and tasted well. Next to the lobby is the restaurant The Lounge. It is a comfortable place to sit and have a nice drink, often with live music. Many reviews mention this. We had dinner there based on the reviews, and were very disappointed. As mentioned in my separate review, the food was mostly bland and low quality, despite the high prices. I mentioned this to our server who told her manager. However, they did absolutely nothing to remedy this, no excuse, no discount or anything. Very disappointing!

All the staff members are just so helpful and friendly, specially Pham, he served the garthering drink in main lobby, always smile and have a great personality, the drink calls matcha cold brew is very good too, thanks Pham. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
