Excellent hotel with quality staff and high operating standards in all areas. Our room was excellent and house keeping do a great job each day including a turn down service plus bottled water. The breakfast is excellent and we stayed in a Club room so the check in/out and club facilities are great, plus it is so quiet and peaceful after a day out in the busy streets of Hong Kong! Highly recommended...

Thanks Francis and Henry for your service. We had to check out early in the morning and you hand delivered nice breakfast boxes so we didn't leave on an empty stomach! Apparently this review needs to be at least two hundred characters long so there's that.

We want to recommend the CORDIS very warmly. It is located very central in Mongkok. We had booked the Club Lounge in addition and it was worth using it, very best served by the asstistent manager, Mrs. XU and her collaegue Sylvie. The pool an zhe gym are also highlights of this hotel. We will come back.

There are two wines each of bubbles, white and red, all delicious. The afternoon tea and evening snacks are also very good. Above all, the staff was very helpful and made our stay wonderful.

We stayed at the Cordis in a Family room from May 11 to 16 ‘24. We were originally scheduled to stay till the 14th but had to extend our stay as our daughter fell ill. My main comments about this hotel centers around its staff and how friendly and efficient they are. I believe the staff at a hotel makes or breaks the quality of the hotel and at the Cordis, they absolutely make it a wonderful place to stay in. I want to specifically call out a few people who made our stay memorable: - Mr. Vinod (from The Place) - this guy takes hospitality to the next level! He was so empathetic about the challenges we were facing with our daughter’s health and did everything possible to make our stay and visits to the restaurant absolutely comfortable and enjoyable. He’s an absolute treasure for the Cordis. - Mr. Gabriel Leung (from the Ming’s Court) - we had dinner at this magnificent Michelin star restaurant one evening and Gabriel was so attentive and kind to our needs. Given that we weren’t familiar with several items on the menu, Gabriel took care to attend to our dietary needs and made our dinner enjoyable. He was also very kind to my daughter’s needs. - Mr. Francis (from room service) - always a smile and great service from this gentleman every single time. - Housekeeping staff on the 29th floor - the two/three ladies there were just fantastic with their attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, this is a magnificent hotel by itself - but I do believe the staff makes it even more wonderful. The hotel is in a crowded area of HK (Mongkok) but is nicely connected to a mall (LANGHAM place) and makes for some wonderful shopping and dining, if you want to get out of the hotel.
