Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel and room atmosphere is very homey with the decoration that makes you feel like stepping into your own. The staff at the hotel lobby, especially outside the lobby, was very friendly and ready to lend a hand, which makes us feel welcome. The service at the executive lounge was excellent, the food & selection were very good. We also used the hotel limousine to pick us up at the airport, also drop us off. The service staff at the airport were friendly and very helpful. They helped us with the check in until we are ready to go in. Very friendly and attentive We will definitely come back again.

This hotel with the team is amazing! Everything was on point during our stay with fantastic support around organizing transportation, special food requests at the restaurant in the hotel, booking ferry tickets etc.. You need to experience this by yourself to really feel the comfort the team and the hotel gives you! There are great views out of the rooms over the harbour, the quality that the rooms are built is really nice with great interiour design elements and the bed and pillows are crazy, like if you would sleep on a cloud, just fantastic!

My experience at 4 Seasons HK was SUPERB! Very early check in; went to the exquisite spa while waiting for my room. The spacious room + view was jaw-dropping. Comfortable, dreamy bed. Soundproof with full black-outs. Everything was high-end luxury at its finest! Spa has relax room with massage beds, tea + snacks, sauna, steam, indoor and outdoor pools.

This was my second stay at the Four Seasons HK. On both occasions I was fortunate enough to have access to the Executive Lounge. This experience will ruin you for any other hotel! It’s not only the peaceful, elegant and comfortable environment, or the mind boggling array of delicacies (the pastries!!!) offered. It’s truly the staff who make the lounge and the rest of the hotel such a special place. In the lounge, every person provided warm, attentive, respectful service - all while making it appear effortless! They remembered small details from my stay a year ago (when they had gone above and beyond to make my dad’s 85th birthday a celebration he will always cherish) and were so gracious in welcoming him back this year as if he were a family member, even though he wasn’t staying there this time! This room was sublime - most comfortable bed ever! Housekeeping was meticulous and always left the room looking ready for a photo shoot. Do yourself a favor and carve out time for the infinity pool with a breathtaking view, as well as the spa facilities - there is actually a machine that snows shaved ice from the ceiling into a vessel so you can bring it in to the sauna or steam room! Relaxation room was a little oasis too. The environment and offerings are comfort and luxury defined, but it is absolutely the people who make the Four Seasons HK so very special.

Adam and Lance were great at customer service and passionate about ensuring everything was perfect throughout the night. Also the cocktails were amazing, we had over 10 drinks and the barkeep was professional and fabulous!
