Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

We had a wonderful two-week stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong. The location is unbeatable — so convenient for meeting friends and exploring the city, yet always a calm retreat when we returned. Everything was immaculate, the service warm and attentive, and the small details made our stay feel effortless. It’s that consistency and care that makes it truly a home away from home

Four Seasons Hong Kong Firstly, 唔該 to Alfred, James and all the helpful concierge staff. You made everything easy, comfortable and pleasant for us. We had such an easy friendly rapport and it was such a pleasure to meet you. Winkie was very welcoming on arrival and the warm guidance from staff who helped us refresh as we arrived early and waited on our room was appreciated. The room was outstanding and we found it so comfortable. Hard to leave and wonderful to return to. The room service meals were some of the best meals we had in Hong Kong. This trip was a gift and 2 of my daughters were with me to celebrate my 70th birthday. Four Seasons gifted me champagne, a cake and beautifully worded card for my birthday and Albert the concierge also gifted me a gift, cake and wonderful words on a handwritten card. They obviously do this often but it meant a lot and was warmly received. My heart was full with the care shown. It means such a lot to be treated with kindness and dignity and I respect your careers and commitment to service and wish you all well. We arrived at the airport and were surprised to be greeted by Ray and Jay from Four Seasons who took our luggage, chatted comfortably and stayed with us till we went into the departure procedures area. I highly recommend the hotel, the staff, amenities, the amazing food and of course wonderful Hong Kong. I encourage Australians to visit this wonderful country and enjoy the hospitality, sights and sounds of Hong Kong.

One of the best business hotels in HK. Conveniently connected to IFC towers and the mall. It is also a short walk away from the central piers. the location makes it perfect for business as well as families.

We came here for 3 nights for our Mum's 70th Birthday and had the most perfect stay! From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were warm, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The Lounge, Buffet, Pool experiences were wonderful. The Concierge team were magnificent and so kind to us - Mum received not one but two handwritten cards and treats for her birthday with thoughtful, personal messages. Our room was well-appointed, clean and had a fantastic view of the harbour. The room service menu was extensive and delicious! The gym is the huge and has great equipment, including a Pilates reformer. Ultimately though, it was the staff who made our experience so special. Thanks Alfred, James and Winkie. Updating my review above which I wrote on the way to the airport to also thank the kind Ray and Jay from the hotel who were waiting for our arrival at the airport to help us with our luggage and escort all the way through to security. Truly exceptional experience!

As a returning guest, I am always impressed with this hotel. From the first minute, we stepped into the hotel you will be greeted by the staff at the door and arriving at the reception desk the welcoming was superb. It's great they remember my name and it felt like I have just came home. Dennis Wong, the front desk manager as always is very helpful and he looked after me & my family like no others. The attention to details and his professionalism is second to none. The hotel offers great buffet breakfast and it is a must to try. I also appreciate the little things they do for my little one (a cot, toiletries, wet wipes etc). I will look to return to stay here again. What a wonderful stay it was! Thanks for the great time! Ern
