Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

Besides the fact that the location, the rooms (harbour view) and the restaurants are amazing, the service level in this hotel is outstanding. We've stayed at the club level, where Christina, Ivy, Eli and all the others, were SO incredibly kind to us. Especially when we came back to the hotel for the third time (!) in one month, it almost felt like coming home. Also the service/guidance at the airport is really very convenient. Thank you everybody, we can't wait to come back to HK 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent service from the point I stepped in the front door. The executive club experience is unforgettable . Staffs are very professional and courteous. Mandy Wong, the director of executive club should be praised for her leadership. I have nothing negative to say.

The refurbished rooms and suites at Four Seasons Hong Kong are absolutely where you’d be happy to enjoy a memorable stay with your loved one. The fourth-largest suite at this renowned hotel at the heart of the city offered spacious dining room, living room, powder room, bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom - most importantly with an unrestricted panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour and the city’s skyline. While the suite was of the style of modern simplicity, we could clearly tell the positioning of the hotel by its hospitality, its array of amenities, such as the harbourview swimming pool, top-floor executive lounge, as well as its relaxing spa centre and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Wow, where do I start? The suite we had was equipped with everything we needed and had amazing views of the harbour. The rooftop pools and spa were also incredible. As was the poolside restaurant - the best ribeye I’ve had in years! The staff (especially Eli) went above and beyond and gave us not one but TWO cakes to celebrate our son’s fourth birthday - one in the room and one at breakfast in the club lounge. My wife and I stayed here with our kids aged 11, 9 and 4 and they had a great time. Overall this hotel is faultless. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing, the food is delicious and the staff are what you would expect from Four Seasons - incredibly attentive and they never dropped the ball. This is the definition of the perfect hotel.
