Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

What a festive time it is to stay at four seasons hk during the Xmas season. The decorations are spectacular and the Christmas caroling daily at noontime brings us so much joy and cheer. The service again by four seasons is always superb. I took a photo with each of the staff as I was truly touched and awed by their efficiency and courtesy. Hats off to James for bringing me my luggage personally at AirPort Express, to our dearest Glory for handling our countless restaurant reservations and for preparing a Xmas treat for my two rooms of our favorite SAICHO SPARKLING TEA, for Vivian the assistant director of rooms for greeting me everyday and for asking me if I had any requests or needs, and of course to Simon of concierge for greeting me as I arrive daily to help me with my shopping and to Ryan and Basanta who smoothly handle my many luggage. I love this hotel very much. There is no other like it. It is in a class of its own.

I’m for second time here in this wonderful hotel in Hong Kong. First time before two years ago and my recommendation was also excellent! The words are poor to describe how pleased we are - me and my family from everything. The moment they took us from the airport right on time with smiles and exquisite manners, the minivan, the lady who made our check in straight in the rooms they had already prepared - you can imagine how our family felt after ten hours flight - pure heaven. They have organized everything for us - the concierges are the best I have ever met. We have tickets for the ferry, for sightseeings, dinner and lunch reservations and even personal favors they provided for us. This team is 24/7 on What’s App doing everything we asked for. I even learned the team names cause I was so grateful for everything: Glory, Heison, Simon Chuns, Alfred and Rebe, thanks to them our stay was great! The food in the Chinese restaurant we were for dinner was very delicious with the most tasty Beijing duck I have tried and I have been to Beijing and tried it there. Everyone in the hotel is working there to provide you the most amazing experience and to make you feel on the right place. The rooms are big and comfortable they have been renovated before two years ago as I remember. I pretthe ones with a harbor view because it is breathtaking. When I come to Hong Kong next time I will stayed again in my favorite hotel Four Seasons Hong Kong because they make me feel like at home.
