Had the most enjoyable experience at Fours Seasons Hong Kong! The establishment is immaculate and so beautiful, but it’s the staff that really makes the experience over the top. Shoutout to Ashley, Joe, Yuki, Leo to name a few. We cannot WAIT to come back!

My Four Seasons experience began when I was picked up by the complimentary car service from HK Station to the hotel. As a regular guest of the hotel, I am astounded by how it kept improving on what was already perfection. The staff were incredible and wonderfully attentive regardless of what role they assume, be it the chauffeur, the concierge or the housekeeper. They were all tremendous. The room I booked allowed access to the Executive Club Lounge. The dedicated Club team were exceptional. They treated like a family member returning home and went over and beyond (what was already over and above in my opinion) to assist with my every requirement. They even offered to assist pick up my travel documents for safekeeping until I next visit HK for retrieval. Their customer care and services were sensational . I was so touched by their thoughtfulness and proactiveness to help me in what was outside of their job profile. The Club team really did push the boundaries of expectations and I am so grateful for their assistance and radiant smile every time I visited the Club Lounge. They were a bright ray of sunshine and were an integral part of my unforgettable stay at a superb hotel with a spectacular view, cozy room, tremendous food, great ambience, fantastic spa and outdoor infinity pool. Thank you, Four Seasons, for being so amazing!

The good: the room (sup harbor view suite: dining table, extra half size toilet, lounge chair, big & clean, ...), the view, the location (the best IMO), the club lounge, the staff (esp, Harry in club lounge),the perfect room cleaning, etc If you want a hotel stay for relaxation, this hotel would be the best choice in Hong Kong. Whenever we're in Hong Kong, we' ll stay at this hotel.

This time we came with our little son to Hong Kong. We would highly recommend to stay in the Four Seasons as a family. The Service is excellent and everything is well thought through. You get a diaper bin, little bath tub and all necessities for the baby. The pool area is stunning and especially so nice after sunset. The Hotel is connected to the IFC so you have access to every shop and train station without even stepping a foot outside. We do not have to start about the food… it is fantastic! I think they have in total 8 Michelin Starts at all the restaurants. Hong Kong is a city for food lovers , but this time we ordered room service so many times in the evenings as the food was outstanding and so convenient with the kid. Breakfast is also very good and you have the choice of having in an a la carte Lounge, having Buffet in Argo or In-Room with an amazing selection and no extra charge. We will definitely be back and loved our stay!

The drinks are yummy. I love their service here. The staff Fiona is very professional and kind. She started with introducing the menu to us. Gave us welcome drinks. The manager Kelvin knew our friend is having a birthday and offered us a birthday drinks too. We love the service here and defiantly will come back
