We felt welcomed into the hotel, we were given a bottle of wine. We got early check in and a beautiful room on a high floor with a great view. We went for club level and definitely worth it. We enjoyed the lounge for cocktails and afternoon tea. We ate in the hotel restaurant a particular standout was the half peking duck which was delicious. The concierge was happy to help and very efficient with giving good recommendations. We had an early morning flight so they were quick to provide a breakfast box for us as it was out of normal breakfast times. All in all a good base and location for us to explore Hong Kong.

Most comfortable bed and pillows! Great location and friendly staff. House keeper on our level was a gem! The rooms are a little outdated but still did the job. Amazing view of the harbour. 5 lifts in the hotel so barely a wait needing to go up or down the hotel.

Clean, orderly, great location and pleasant staff. Large rooms and great shower and bathrooms. Good to see that HK is trying to combat the overuse of single use plastics. All you really need for a business trip within central HK. An easy walk to Fortress Hill MTR station.

Friendly and helpful staffs. They demonstrated a high degree of customer services and tried to take care our every single needs despite of festive season. Nice view from the room. Watching the sunset and waking up with the harbour-view is just the best!
