Thank you for providing me with a memorable experience during my stay at your hotel. I was particularly impressed with the fantastic view that the hotel offers. Despite the hotel's age, the facilities inside the room were in great condition. I must also mention that the food from Hoi King Hin was absolutely delicious. The staff members were not only nice but also extremely helpful. However, I experienced a delay during the check-in process. Despite my arrival at 4 o'clock, an hour after the stated check-in time, I still had to wait for an additional hour to receive my room. Despite the delay, I appreciate the efforts made by your team to address the situation. They provided a rest room as a temporary solution, and I was fortunate enough to receive my upgraded room shortly thereafter, which had an excellent and breathtaking view. I am truly grateful for the hotel's understanding and kind consideration, despite the hour-long delay I encountered during the check-in process.

I was extremely grateful for Katy’s hospitality and services. I felt like we were at home when we were dining at the club…. She was very helpful in giving us dining advices. I will definitely miss her smile

We stayed here for 4 days on our company trip. The room are clean, spacious, water are strong and location are accessible to MTR in few minutes walk. The king crab . Sea Urchin dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are great and staff were friendly. Special Thank you to Ms. Geraldine at Cafe on M, she is very helpful, kind, friendly and excellent service.

Stayed the first weekend of May after a gap of many years due to the pandemic. It was fantastic to be warmly welcomed back by familiar faces. A nice room upgrade with a harbour view as a Diamond Ambassador. What was the Club is now the Mistral restaurant and the Club is on the mezzanine which is not as good as it is a bit exposed and loud. But as before it is the staff that really make the experience. Fantastic, attentive service from Alex who still makes a great martini and works very hard to look after all his guests. Look forward to returning on my next visit.

行政酒廊前台Phoenix很热情，热心，帮忙升级的房间很不错。酒店位置也很好，出行很方便，很便利。房间干净整洁，在香港来说已经算是比较宽敞的。行政酒廊接待的Phonenix 让人感觉宾至如归。下次还会选择海景嘉福洲际入住。 The lounge staff phoenix is very friendly. hotel is in good location. room is clean. Big enough as in Hong kong. Service is great. I will come back next time.
