We had an absolutely wonderful staycation at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong! The hotel’s luxurious ambiance, stunning Victoria Harbour views, and impeccable facilities made it a perfect getaway. The renovated rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and incredibly comfortable, blending modern convenience with classic charm. The dining options, especially the breakfast at Petrus , lunch ,afternoon tea and the evening cocktails at the Horizon Club, were exceptional. A special thank to Joyce Tong for her outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Joyce went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and cared for, managing the busy Horizon Club with a big smile and a wonderful sense of humor. Her dedication to creating memorable experiences truly elevated our stay. The entire staff was attentive and courteous, but Joyce’s personalized service stood out as a highlight. We highly recommend Island Shangri-La for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing staycation in Hong Kong. We can’t wait to return! Thank you, Joyce, and the team, for making our stay so special.

The Family Experience Team (Gigi, Ella, Rainbow, and Nico) on the Family Floor were exceptional. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and incredibly pleasant with our 4yo and 2yo. The girls loved them! The Family Experience with the Hangout room and other amenities were just what we needed on this trip. Big thank you to the full FAMEX team.

OUTSTANDING in every way! Firstly the hotel is central to everything thing you could think of exploring. Then came Vivien, the hostess with the mostest …. She was everywhere and yet discreet. We stayed two consecutive weekends for special occasions and both times, Vivien had everything sorted from late check out , kids activities for our daughter on the second stay, ability to get a table last minute at the lobster bar and grill and the staff and facilities at; The kids floor - HUGE thanks to Ella and Rainbow, and ALL the staff up there male and female making summer essentially abandon us to go have a great time with new friends alike and the restaurant and pool staff. Finally the spa… OH MY GOODNESS! I don’t think I’ve relaxed like that in a long time! For context , my husband and I travel for work and have for years, we’ve always stayed due to Work policy with other brands and loyalty partners and kept the tradition for personal trips to stay with them, BUT we’ve found our new loyalty hotel for sure. Never have we stayed somewhere where excellence, grace, friendliness , warmth, romance and family come together as one and if required are uniquely seperate if you desire. Now just booked with the brand in Malaysia for August . Can’t wait to explore all the great hotels with the shangri la family! We will remain loyal to our other partners but now will share even more with this family too!
