A great place to stay on recent business trip
An excellent experience. I find that Shangri La achieves the right balance between friendliness and professionalism and this blend was exhibited from Jonathan at check- in all the way through to Charisse who organised the departure taxi. The room was quiet and bed comfy. I enjoyed the Horizon Club, pool and spa. I like the location, in a quieter elevated position, but still only five minutes by taxi from Central or 15-20 mins walk. Spotless cleaning in the room and communal areas.

Best family-friendly hotel
we had the best time celebrating our son’s second birthday and he couldn’t be happier. Thanks to all the very friendly and helpful staff for making our cosy and remarkable. The themed tram room is surely magical. It is thoughtfully designed that perfectly outlines all the special things about Hong Kong yet very childproof!

Great service
We had a wonderful team, the concierge team Ella and Mia were great, and made magic happen. My husband needed a suit pressed and they got it done speedily. Even provided us a most beautiful fairy room to get prepared for a wedding event. Henry from the front desk team provided us with an upgrade for a more spacious room for our family, which was greatly appreciated and enjoyed by the kids. It is now the kids' favorite hotel and we'll have to be back!

The best in PP by far. Flawless efficiency.
Fabulous from beginning to end. Excellent newish renovation. PP is still the place to be. Pop down to Island Gourmet for some Dim Sum from Summer Palace.

Exceptional Family Stay with Amazing Service
We had a wonderful family stay at the Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. The hospitality and service were exceptional, and every detail was handled with great care. Special thanks to the team at Level 45 for the family rooms and The Hangout — they provided amazing service throughout our stay. The kids’ activities and classes were fun and engaging, and the trainer was excellent. We truly appreciate Viven, Junny, and Clifford for accommodating our requests so thoughtfully. The balloon decorations for our son, along with the fresh fruits and cake, were such lovely touches. The porter and bell service were also outstanding — efficient, friendly, and attentive. The wellness spa on Level 8 has a fantastic infrared sauna room and shower facilities. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for making our family stay so memorable. We look forward to returning soon!
