Wonderful time!
We had a wonderful 3-day-stay at the Island Shangri-La! We stayed on the 45th floor in a family room and it was just the most perfect environment to stay in with a 3-year-old with all the amenities. The staff was also great, especially Joy from them Family Experience Team was so loving and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here if you have young children.

Exceptional Family Stay in the Garden Room
Our family had a wonderful stay in the Garden Room. The level of service we received was outstanding throughout our visit. Ella and Gigi were highly professional and attentive to our daily needs. Ella specifically went out of her way to track down and successfully retrieve a lost suitcase for us. We also deeply appreciated the assistance of the supervisor who stepped in to help us coordinate and load nine suitcases out of our room during our departure. The team made our trip highly memorable, and we look forward to returning.

Perfect Stay
We stayed for two nights in a Horizon Peak View room which had been recently renovated and the whole stay was faultless from check in to check out. The breakfast served on the 56th floor offered stunning views of the harbour, and the service in the Club lounge was first class, a big thankyou to Chloe and her team for such a memorable stay. When we visit Hong Kong again, we will be back to see you.

A stay at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong is a finely composed experience. The service exemplified the highest standard. Celina at reception graciously acknowledged my birthday with a complimentary cake delivered to the room. The spacious Grand Premier Peak View Room is well-designed luxury. The blissful rain shower melted away the day. Every detail is considered. Smart night lights glow softly upon rising. Electric blackout blinds cocoon the room. The nightstand integrates adapters, charging cables, and precise climate controls. Even the iron is discreetly stowed within the wall. Impeccable cleanliness and sweeping views of the Peak complete the sense of calm refinement. Buffet breakfast at Cafe Too is abundant and polished, spanning dim sum, sushi, a noodle bar, and made-to-order congee and eggs. The hotel’s proximity to Admiralty MTR and Pacific Place makes the city effortlessly accessible. Overall, the Island Shangri-La is refined, intuitive, and exceptional.
