Spectacular family rooms
Wow! The newly renovated family rooms are amazing. My 7yr old and I stayed in the water themed room and it was so detailed and well thought out for little ones. The room and decor was stunning, the bathroom amenities were for little kids and mini robes and the pantry on the floor with snacks was great. My son was obsessed with his submarine bed and the glow painted animals in the dark was amazing. We will be back

Between check-in and check-out you will find why Island Shangri-La Hong Kong is rated top. Staffs are extremely friendly and provide services well beyond expectations. This hotel is also kid-friendly with unbelievable breakfast everyday.

Exceptional Service and Perfect Room!
I recently stayed at Island Shangri-la, Hong Kong and was blown away by the exceptional service and perfect room. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless and tastefully decorated room, every detail was impeccable. The knowledgeable staff provided excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel on-site restaurant was also outstanding. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Island Shangri-la, Hong Kong for an unforgettable stay.

Always treated like a VIP
My regular hotel for HK visits as the experience is always first rate and relaible. I know exactly what to expect and typically the service deleivery exceeds this high benchmark. The location is superb as I enjoy being able to go for walks in HK Park then along Bowan Road, while the proximity to the CBD and MTR is a plus for easily getting to business meetings without getting caught in HK's busy traffic.
