Amazing property in the heart of Hong Kong

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

First time staying at Landmark MO and the last MO in Greater China, except for MO Qianmen (Very excited. Amazing property and of course exceptional people. During check in Kevin introduced the property to us in a very hospitable way and we had a great conversation. Next day Paula helped us checking out and asked our stay experience which is amazing, also very happy to meet Paula! When we are ready to leave the hotel Cherry from the concierge team escort us and helped us to find the way to get the express to the airport, she talk to us with her warm smile which give this stay a perfect ending. The whole stay experience goes to another level because of this amazing front office team and will definitely come back! Shoutout to Landmark MO! ImAfan

Sastisfying Facilities

I have enjoyed my time in the oriental spa. Amazing heat and water facilities and excellent service. Would specially like to thank Kristine for showing me around the 5/F area. My body has never been so relaxed before and I feel like I can do rigorous exercises.

Fabulous hotel for foodies

Style. Beautiful smaller intimate MO Setting. Escape in the center of town. Unbeatable location and food Explore. Upscale Central and hip Sheung Wan. Rooms. Was in room 810, very comfortable and well stocked mini bar. Did not expect to find a Lynch Bages in my room! @ the hotel. MO Landmark has always been my favorite part of HK and my happy space. I used to come here religiously for yoga at their gorgeous spa, and still meet friends regularly at MO bar and PDT, and it really is a gem for eating and flopping. So many fabulous options: the two Michelin star Amber, three Michelin star Sushi Shikon, one Michelin star Kappo Rin, and the newer restaurant /wine bar Somm Service is perfect and you can send your requests via WhatsApp Food & drinks. Dinner at the fantastic Amber restaurant, lots of memories here as well as there are always amazing chefs visiting Prices. $667 Rating. 4/5 a bit disappointed as… Stayed here this time because of logistics and convenience. Our company corporate rates allow me to stay at the original MO (5 min walk away), Rosewood or the four seasons for half the price, so paying twice my normal amount makes me extra picky. Also got spoilt here last time as booked using miles and was upgraded to a stunning suite with gigantic round bathrub was surprised with the slow wifi 420 kbps to 4.5 mbps speed, while I can get 58 mbps on my cell phone My room had this strange annoying buzzing noise I could not figure out what it was…..

Huge bath tub, enough towels, Clean bedspreads, and spacious.

I chose this hotel because of the late arrival and the bar closes late according to the hotel website. When I check-in late, the male staff was standing and I asked what time PDT closes, and he told me that PDT closes at 12, But I searched online they closes 2am. Then I went to the room and came back to see concierge staff and asked again, and he told me PDT closes at 1am or depends on how many people staying on site. I was planning to visit PDT but had to order in-room dining and its the worst choice ever. Ordered two pastas and they were undercooked. SOMM western breakfast was Okay, However non-asian staff greets to only non-asian guests. Sushi Shikon for lunch, three star MICHELIN Japanese omakase staff were very kind. FYI if they asks for more sushi, they will charge you. Although Sushi Shikon is not a part of the Hotel restaurant, cannot use Hotel credits. AMEX FHR concierge never told me that I cannot use property credit at Sushi Shikon. Landmark Mandarin Oriental provided six bottles of water for one night stay. [Four Seasons HK provides only Two bottles of water for one night stay.] Room conditions were GREAT! Huge bath tub, enough towels, Clean bedspreads, and spacious.
