The Langham Hong Kong

Hotel staff were impersonal and had no time for you. The porters were rude and frankly incompetent. The room was not clean. We stayed at Raffles and Oberoi properties on this same trip, my suggestion is the Langham management study the way those hotels do it.

Will not be staying here next time. Musty, moldy smelling rooms and floors. The sleep quality was really bad. Rooms had to be freezing cold in order to mitigate the humoid, musty, moldy smell

Enjoyed two recent stays. The culinary experience is a real highlight! The dinner buffet offers a fantastic spread with plenty of variety, especially the fresh sashimi. For a truly special meal, I’d recommend dining in at Tang Court rather than ordering their in-room service to get the best experience. The rooms, while clean, are on the smaller side with a classic, older feel, and we didn't have a view on either stay. While we had a frustrating issue with our keys that required a few trips to the front desk, the hotel's WeChat service was a definite plus. They were always incredibly fast to respond and addressed any questions promptly. Overall, a good stay with standout food and excellent digital concierge service.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean. A/C is working just fine. Bed and bathroom are also quite clean. Shower room is independent and useful. Only problem was that coffee machine didn't work, but it didn't bother me since we have many cafes around hotel.

The location is perfect however there are downsides, there isn't a quiet room in the hotel, it's quite an old building and the insulation from the road noise outside is poor, the gym area is good the outdoor pool is small. Executive lounge cramped and many hotels in HK offer a superior experience , the Langham in Shenzhen is far superior.
