Five star luxury delivered as promised, no prompts required. Every need was anticipated. Old fashioned customer service which most hotels fail to deliver. Location was perfect.

T’ang Court has won 3 stars Michelin star award for years and is my most favourite Cantonese restaurant in town. Great food and ambience, together with their attentive service (highlight Jessica and Patrick, they provided excellent service) I must come back quite often. Recommended.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were always happy to help. The Club Floor was great, very generous with all the offerings.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a nearby conference. The hotel is in a nice area surrounded by high end shops. Overall, I was pleased but not impressed. It was my first time staying in a Langham property so I didn’t know where it would stack up compared to other 5 star properties. The room was spacious and a good amount of amenities were provided. Overall a few things could be improved in my opinion. 1. There are 2/3 door men available, yet on multiple occasions the door to my taxi was not opened for me on arrival or departure (which is bound to happen when it is busy but I’ve been in positions where it was not busy and this was still the case, with both car door and hotel door). Not groundbreaking but still something that sets apart other chains from this one. 2. There is a list of amenities in the bathroom that you can request. The availability is great and their response service through text is rather rapid which is fantastic but it just felt like most of these amenities should have already been present within the room. I’m staying 5 days, there’s a very high chance I will need a razor, it should be there. 3. I tried their room service on multiple occasions but it was rather underwhelming in my opinion. The “healthy salad” wasn’t much and lacked some flare. I got some other fish dishes that also left me feeling the same way. It’s not bad, it’s just not excellent either and you pay a price that is severely above what it is worth in my opinion. Overall the hotel is great, you can enjoy some good tea and pastries in the lobby, and you’ll come back to a comfortable and clean bed, which is more than enough. I also think they have a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel, maybe I should have given that a chance. Satisfied but not blown away. Tip for anyone looking to visit: ask for a room on the side of the building that isn’t directly above the heating system, you will avoid hearing a continuous humming noise until about 11 pm.
