Good trip
Coming from Germany, we value efficiency and hospitality, and Krystal exceeded our expectations in both aspects. Krystal Cheung from the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our sightseeing adventures around the city. She even arranged a late checkout for us when our travel plans changed last minute. The room was spacious and clean, and her recommendations for local dining made our experience even more authentic.

Great afternoon tea experience in Palm Court
I had afternoon tea in Palm Court with my mom to celebrate her birthday. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. In addition,they arranged a small birthday cake to my mom. A special occasion made even better by this surprise. This really made our day. ❤️ Special thanks to Front office staff Eric Poon and Kelvin Cheng were helpful and professional service when we arrived at Hotel and escorted us to Palm Court. Thank you so much. Of coz definitely will go back again. :-)
