Lanson Place Hotel Hong Kong

We had a 3 night visit and Lanson Place made us feel at home and all touches were there from room comfort, friendliness of staff , amenities and more! Location is amazing . Really, we had nothing to complain. We had the best stay! Thank you .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The room was absolutely brilliant — clean, spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and very guest-friendly. The hospitality was exceptional, and the hotel staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful. A special mention goes to Kevin Tam from the front desk, who truly went the extra mile. He patiently recommended great places to visit around Hong Kong and shared helpful tips that made my trip even more enjoyable — outstanding service! The hotel is strategically located in Causeway Bay, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming, with nice décor and a bright, pleasant vibe, both in the common areas and inside the room. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, location, and genuine service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next visit to Hong Kong. I have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times, and each time, it does not disappoint. Hotel rooms are clean & quiet, with a beautiful decor, and complete with all the necessary amenities you can think of. Staff is amazing, as always, and will cater to your every need, ensuring that you feel at home. The best is the buffet breakfast, so make sure you get a deal where the stay includes breakfast! I will for sure come back to stay at the Lanson Place in Causeway Bay every time I am in Hong Kong.

I booked Christmas dinner for myself at the last minute and was thrilled by such an amazing meal! It started with a lovely and fresh salmon appetizer and moved directly into the bet crab bisque I’ve had in decades (possibly ever). That was followed by Quail and then my entree which was Sea Bass. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Chef is a genius. I had lunch yesterday at Amber at the Mandarin Oriental and this was far superior (don’t get me wrong, that was good but this was excellent). The entire staff was friendly and kind and it was a wonderful Christmas meal, complete with a handmade wreath to bring home. If I hold give them more stars, I would!! Bravo!!!!

What a well run, well done, hospitable and checks every boutique hotel fanatics list. I booked this on a whim while trying to figure out a last minute intinerary for HK and I'm sad that I didn't book this for all three days of my trip, infact I tried to cancel the other hotel and add days to this but unfortunately the other hotel had lapsed it's refundable period. Where do I begin, it's impeccably clean, im-peccably clean and that's a #1 issue I have for hotels so this one passes 10/10, it's beautifully designed, the room I got was very spacious considering HK judging from comments I've heard for HK, I stayed in the superior room and it was more than enough for a single person, and would be perfect for two. Tasteful designs, smeg coffee maker, complimentary wine, top notch sleep accessories, auto blinds and lights, bed was the right soft / hard, the sheets were luxury grade, I slept well! The concierge services were also top notch, every single person was so hospitable - you can tell they know how to provide luxury service. I'm a little surprised at their affordability but over all - don't recall names but every singe one, from the managers, to front desk, to the housing/cleaning department, it was pleasant all around. The breakfast was ok, if you're used to continental style, this will be a little different. Must say, I tried congee for the first time and it wasn't bad. There is a zen styled gym, and bonus - free laundry service, washer and dryer with all you need for those of us long hauling travelers. The location is very central and close to high end and high street shopping. The hotel is a member of the small luxury hotels of the world branded hotels and they didn't miss a bit with that. Really sad that I didn't book more days here. If I'm back in HK this will definitely get my sight. I wish they'd do more marketing because I found them last minute and for some reason the hotel didn't come up on my search, I found the hotel while looking at a Google map hence my hesitancy to book multiple days. Book now trust me.
