Lanson Place Hotel Hong Kong

this is my second time at this property, the first of which was memorable with a big family group. my second return was created with a smile and for some reason, I was greeted by name which I felt was a really good touch. definitely felt welcome. stayed a total 4 nights first night was great, woke up refreshed to hit the city as I returned 2pm my room was not yet cleaned and went to front desk to request a clean up while we wait at the comfortable lobby. an hour goes and we head up and our room still isn't cleaned. we had to ask the front desk again. a bit of a hassle at this point. but another hour or so and our room was ready. second night, went well with no hiccups third night-- typhoon level 8, suddenly phones not working and the buttons on my room were not working. couldn't put down the blinds and couldn't call down either. the morning we requested for someone to check. unfortunately, we had to change room and were given a slightly bigger room. kudos. fourth day-- went out and requested the front desk to have the room cleaned as we left the hotel and was acknowledged. unfortunately, again coming home to an uncleaned room with all our room service still there. a bit unfortunate. for some odd reason phone in the room wasn't working again so we had to go down to request room clean up. Again. only for staff to come an hour later. so, overall great stay and great property but not with any hiccups. will come back to this property and hoping for a smoother stay.

All the staffs are 5 star service! Very hospitable and accommodating. Room is clean and nice. Definitely will come back! Had a great time. During my visit I injured my ankle and the team was very attentive to help me seek doctors and checked in every day to see whether I have recovered. Never had this kind of friendly service in other Hongkong hotels before. Thank you Lanson Place team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful property the hotel is an amazing boutique hotel, the first thing that impressed me was the staff, every single staff member that we encountered went out of there way to help, we were looking to exchange money and one staff member walked with us 2 blocks to make sure that we found it . We had breakfast every morning in the dining room food was fresh and plenty of choices, the housekeeping staff did a great job as well, would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel staff provide outstanding services during our stay. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We had a family of five with young kids. They were able to upgrade us to accommodate our needs. Thank you again for a memorable and seamless stay — we look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were clean. The Causeway Bay MTR is close by. Restaurants and shopping were just steps away. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Breakfast was included in our stay so it was a nice bonus.
