Absolutely every member of staff is focused on delivering excellent service- right from the doorman to the manager! A wonderful hotel with astounding views and the highest pressure shower I have ever experienced! One of the best hotels , had a great time !

Iconic hotel with glory days behind it
This is an iconic hotel with a long history and in an unbeatable prime location. That maybe what prompted me to stay in this hotel but the overall experience was underwhelming. It may have had its glory days but what you see now is dated rooms, unstable showers, unreliable and slow elevators, combined with very average service. It still has legend and you will see scores of people standing outside to take pictures. I may still consider this for shorter stays just because of prime location especially if I can’t find better alternatives but definitely will not be my choice for longer stays.

I have traveled throughout the world, and I have never had a better experience anywhere than at the Peninsula in Hong Kong. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The use of the hotel’s Rolls Royce, which I used to pick my husband up from the airport, was incredible icing on the cake.
