Been to Hongkong so many times and stayed in different hotels each time, but it was different this time, staying in Parklane Hotel made our trip more memorable, the location was very accessible, our room was always clean, WIFI connection was GREAT 😀 and ofcourse the staff, everyone was friendly. Specially Florence who was so efficient, quick and friendly that made us feel comfortable, she even recommended places to eat and helped us make our reservations with serveral restos! Will definitely stay in Parklane once we go back! Thank you

Good stay at The Parklane Hotel, Hong Kong. Staff service were good and I was upgraded to a premium deluxr room as I was an ALL Gold member. The location is very convenient and walking distance from Causeway Bay MTR Station with plenty of shops and shopping centres nearby. The bed and pillows are comfrtable.

Spent 2 nights here with my husband for our business trip. We upgraded our room from deluxe twin to premium room which is bigger and have more modern design and better view to the harbour and victoria park. The room is nice and clean. The locations is superb, walking distance to shops and restaurants in causeway bay area. They did not provide bottled water in the room but instead they provide a dispenser.
