Regent Hong Kong

Regent was an overall incredible hotel experience. Jason did an amazing job. They had a birthday cake made for me, hand written birthday card, gifts, treats, etc. Jason also gave great recommendations for local food. 10/10!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Regent Hong Kong. The check in process was fast and efficient, thanks for exit of East Tsim Sha Tsui station to K11 Musea, which made the 100% indoor access to the hotel lobby as the weather was not that good on the day. Front desk staffs are efficient, Ms. Cindy did a great job to explain the crowd situation and arrangement my room nicely, 100% satisfied, she also offered a simple room tour just about right, not too short and not too long, really appreciate that. Staffs in the hotel are very helpful, from pool side, room service, fitness centre and the reservation team as well. Special thanks to Adney Lam and Valeire Siu for helping to adjust my reservation before the visit, they did a great job and surely deserve a credit here. Dinner at The Steak House was another wonderful experience too, Ms. Nita looked after us throughout the dinner, presenting every details of the restaurant and introduced some signature dishes. Enjoyed both food and beverages with fair price. I left the hotel with happy smile with my partner, surely will come back again. Thanks for the 5-star hospitality again.

Very Perfect Stay Experience. The Property’s location is very well. It’s near the K11 shopping mall. We can walk to shop and see the Victoria bay. All the staffs are very friendly and nice. The manager of experience Jason Leaded us to room and introduce everything in the room. We can see the beautiful sea view at the room. And we experience a very luxury stay. My lover and I all have a wonderful and memorable experience. For the lounge, it offers many delicious food like cakes and breakfasts, we can drink the alcohol at Happy Hour time. It is amazing stay! I really am looking forward to see the Regent HK as soon as possible.

The hotel we booked in the same area of Tsim Sha Tsui promised a beautiful view of the harbor . We were disappointed. My friend scanned hotel websites quickly and we decided to book at The Regent . The app had difficulty with the transaction so we left the first hotel , took a 6 minute cab ride to The Regent where receptionist Anoushka politely and kindly accommodated our request for a room with a view of the harbor . And she gave us a welcome tour of our room ! What a view ! Unobstructed ! Splendid ! The room was well planned , modern minimalist Asian . I loved everything about it ( amenities , sheets , towels and robes , the very cute chair tub , lighting and its control panel , air conditioning and controls , mini bar and coffee and tea , snacks , everything !!). With just about $120.00 price difference compared to the previous hotel , this was well worth the it ! They gave me a birthday cake , how charming , I was touched ! The lobby was calm and no fuss , I loved their elevators and the hotel corridors , well lit and planned and smelled really good . Breakfast with a view of the harbor at main restaurant downstairs was delicious and food and drinks were good quality . Proximity to Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area and MTR , to the Harbor and Pier for the Junkshio Boat sunset ride and the Ferry ride to and From Wan Chai were all just a swift 5 minute walk from The Regent . And it was nice visiting the adjacent mall and other hotels nearby too . We really loved the “service” , very warm and thoughtful ! And classy notes on good night turndown reminders with body lotion on the bed , a reminder note why my cake was taken away the morning after as it wasn’t in its optimal freshness anymore ( now that’s extra care ), and other unexpected and charming notes and quotes here and there . Made me feel Classy and well taken care of . Thanks to Fiona of reception for our easy check out too . And thanks to all the polite and helpful bell men and concierge and waiters too . I will be back soon .

I come every June to Regent or Peninsula, Regent is still the best in service, view , and breakfast. I am a member and the service is outstanding and each year, they remember all of my preferences and stay is perfect. Kudos to the wonderful valet, bell service and breakfast staff. Outstanding!
