Regent’s central hotel location provided easy access to public transport , making it convenient for travel. Room was extremely comfortable and clean Thanks to Sujan , Xuli and Kiu for making my stay such a pleasant one . Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful making us feel welcomed. Kudos to David who provided great service, who assisted us in carrying our luggages. Really loved the 24 hour service chat , which which was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who’s considering to stay in Regent hotel and would definitely be back again.

In front office, I am gaved impressive from katrina(?) Cattrina(?), she is so lovely and bright reaction, and has kind attitude. And Thank for your hospitality. because I went to your hotel to celebrate my cousin's exam passing.

I have stayed at this property dozens of times throughout its history as The Regent, to The Intercontinental and now returning to the prestige of once again being The Regent. Travel and Leisure rating The Regent as the number 1 hotel in Hong Kong for 2025 - is well deserved as I have never been disappointed during any of my stays. This is displayed in the highest levels of hospitality professionalism starting at the hotels upper level of management right throught to its support staff. Also, the in house dining options are top level and world class. But most of all, be sure to secure access to The Regent Club for that comfort of home experience during your stay.

The Regent Hong Kong is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our group (25 people) from the U.S. spent a week here, and every aspect of the experience we had at the Regent was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. Everything was amazing - the luxury accommodations, thoughtful staff, food, cleanliness, amazing service, and so much more. For reference, we have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world and nothing even comes close to the Regen Hong Kong in all aspects! The staff were the highlight of the week - they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, productive, and relaxing! Specifically, Pion, Kenneth, and Kandice were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, we could not have had such a successful week without them. They had consistent communication with us, quickly addressing any questions or requests. They even helped us translate over the phone with various clients when needed. Their attentiveness and professionalism ensured us having a smooth execution of the business components of our trip. Our time at the Regent Hong Kong was both memorable and successful. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough - for both leisure and business travelers alike.
