100/100 stay, a perfect stay thanks to a colleagues from Front Desk - Hitesh Hemnani Starting from check in, he is kind and helpful, remarked all my alert for the stay, his professional attitude and that smile made my day. He showed us the facilities in hotel e.g. Club Lounge, Swimming pool and the room, kindly introduced everything to me. This is the way who make customer feel like being cared. And he arranged a big surprised to me, a birthday cake is being delivered! Hitesh is a star!!!!! I will be back soon, Regent is great, Hitesh is a big value to the hotel, shoutout to Hitesh!

Wonderful hotel! Wonderful staffs!
We stayed at the Regent Hong Kong for three nights for our anniversary. The whole experience was so wonderful, the services were the top-notch; staffs were very attentive and professional. We demanded some special requests for our anniversary which were all perfectly provided, special thanks to Anuska and her team! The small gifts were presented by the staff each day throughout our stay and they were lovely. The room was cleaned and tidied up all the time and the cleaners made the room so comfortable. The Regent has the best view throughout the day and night. The room was also very spacious. I would love to visit the Regent again!
