Amazing experience e
The stay was really unforgettable, from check in to check out, everything was perfect and seamless. I've submitted quite a lot of request prior this stay, the experience team has done a great job to get all completed and well presented. Greatest hospitality ever! Location is great, you can access to the hotel easily by taking MTR and it's very nearby an exit of the station. The superb Victoria Harbour view is still unbeatable day and night scene which wil make you want to stay right in front of the windows forever. The continental breakfast offers very various choice of food and drinks, I am sure everyone would be satisified with it. It's not my first time to stay in Regent HK, but it's able to keep me think about when to come again, hopefully the next stay won't take too long to wait. Keep the good work up!

A memorable stay at the Regent Hong Kong
I really enjoyed staying at the Regent Hong Kong. The staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean, and I like the harbor view from the room. A huge thank you to Sunny Ng and his team, as well as the entire breakfast team serving at Harbourside. Their warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality made my stay comfortable and memorable. Kudos and thank you! I'll definitely be returning and recommending the Regent Hong Kong to others!

100/100 stay, a perfect stay thanks to a colleagues from Front Desk - Hitesh Hemnani Starting from check in, he is kind and helpful, remarked all my alert for the stay, his professional attitude and that smile made my day. He showed us the facilities in hotel e.g. Club Lounge, Swimming pool and the room, kindly introduced everything to me. This is the way who make customer feel like being cared. And he arranged a big surprised to me, a birthday cake is being delivered! Hitesh is a star!!!!! I will be back soon, Regent is great, Hitesh is a big value to the hotel, shoutout to Hitesh!
