Regent Hong Kong

I had an extremely successful proposal during my stay at Regent Hong Kong thanks to Cindy, Sandy, and the rest of the team. They were extremely attentive and really helpful with the proposal preparation prior to check in. Especially after checking in, the team were very discreet to not spoil the surprise and provided a channel for direct communication with Cindy and Sandy throughout my stay for seamless coordination. Extremely convenient location located at the Victoria Harbour with a train station right in front of the hotel. We also had dinner at the Harbourside and were greeted with 2 glasses of congratulatory drinks and cake. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the wide Regent Hong Kong team for the cooperation, this would not have been possible without their assistance. Highly recommended and will definitely be back whenever we visit Hong Kong!

We recently stayed at the Regent Hong Kong to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of personalized care. The Regent team not only remembered the purpose of our visit but infused every interaction with genuine warmth and attention to detail, making our milestone celebration feel truly special and honored. The "reimagined" hotel itself is stunning. Our room offered breathtaking views of the Victoria Harbour, perfectly living up to the promise of a "Personal Haven." It was the ideal backdrop for such a memorable trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring the vibrant food and beverage options within the hotel and ventured out to experience Hong Kong's incredible culinary and sightseeing scenes, as suggested.

Our room had a perfect view of Victoria Harbour, it is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing although the bathroom and toilet area is a bit outdated. We stay at a busy Christmas time for the hotel, yet the staff had tried their best to provide prompt service. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the area has nice view of the harbour. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant , the food and service was excellent.

Our stay at Regent Hong Kong was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it very much. It was such a joy staying at the hotel. We loved the service and care provided and the room was so comfy and in great condition. The location is also super convenient.

This was my sixth time staying at the Regent Hong Kong, and honestly, it just keeps getting better. There's a reason I keep coming back—every visit feels just as special as the last, but somehow they always find a way to make it even more memorable. I have to start by thanking Phoebe Ma and Amy You. Their team runs like clockwork, but with so much heart. Amy, in particular, surprised me this time with the most thoughtful gift: a Regent luggage tag with my initials engraved. It’s the kind of personal touch you don’t forget. Walking in this December felt like a reunion. Seeing Edward, Desmond, and Cygan again was an instant comfort—it really does feel like coming home. Edward, especially, has a way of making you feel looked after. He still remembered how much I love their hot chocolate from my last trip, which really meant a lot. One evening, I mentioned offhand that I was in the mood for matcha, and next thing I knew, he’d arranged for a freshly made matcha drink, even getting the powder from another part of the hotel. We ended up chatting about travel and food in China, and his recommendations were so genuine and helpful. Traveling solo can sometimes feel quiet, but his kindness and attention made the stay feel anything but lonely. Mornings were brightened by Daniel at breakfast, who made sure my matcha latte was just right. The Regent Club never disappoints. The food is always beautifully presented and tastes incredible—especially the desserts. Andy’s pastry team is outstanding. If you see the Earl Grey cake, don’t even think about skipping it. It’s the little things—and the big ones—that make this place stand out. On a previous stay, they gave us room keys with our names engraved and Regent coasters to take home. It’s that consistent, caring service that makes each stay feel tailored and special. I did miss seeing Carolina, Sachin, and Raymond in the Club this time, but that just gives me another reason to return soon.
