Return guest in a wonderful birthday stay in Regent HKG
Top notch stay AGAIN in one of my favourite IHG properties. As a IHG Diamond Ambassador, I have just completed a two nights stay in the Regent HKG. This is our second stay in this iconic property. (My first review was posted in Google Reviews). I have arranged this stay to celebrate my travelling partner’s birthday. Many thanks to the staff in the Regent Club: from the seamless check-in by Carolina and Amy You, to the check-out by Pranita and Cygan, it has been a wonderful experience end to end. We are so happy to catch up with everyone in the Regent club team since our first stay in 2024. Even though the Regent club has been busy with many guests during the New Year holidays, the staff always took time to catch up with us whenever possible. Enjoyed our chat with Sachin again and his kind gesture on the birthday drinks. Amy: thanks for the tips for my next trips in the other parts of the world. The delightful touches such as the birthday cake and gifts, prepared by the team in Regent Club are very well received. The personalised door keycards Cygan and her team prepared upon check out (knowing how much I enjoy collecting luxury hotel key cards) left us truly touched. We look forward to arranging our next holiday in the Regent HKG. Many thanks to the team in Regent Club! It feels amazing to be recognised as a return guest, even after a year!

Rooms too small and not relaxing
Small rooms. Do not take the classic! We had the Harbour classic , it is a very small rooms, you enter through the bathroom. Very noisy ( corridor and neighbors) Pool is between 2 buildings and NO sun all day. No cosy area to relax in the hotel. Would never go back.

What a wonderful stay!
My wife and I stayed 5 nights in Regent HK at the end of December 2025. We haven't stayed there after the renovations and name changed after the pandemic. Hong Kong was the last stop to wrap up our month long vacation in Asia and celebrate my wife's birthday. We had high expectations on this legendary hotel, but the Regent HK team absolutely beat our expectations. It started with a pre-arrival experience that Sandy and I exchanged emails for our preference and requests. Sandy greeted us at the check-in counter. Our room was upgraded to have one of the best views of Victoria Harbour. There is no doubt the hotel is at the best location in HK. It is right at the water front of Victoria Harbour in the TST area where you can find all the shops, restaurants, museums, Avenue of stars etc. However the best part of our stay was the overall experience that the Regent HK team delivered - Warmest welcome from Sandy, Carrie, the housekeeping team Eliza (I might misspelled her name) to Cindy who followed up with us in and post check out. It was absolutely a wonderful stay. We will be back. Thank you for the entire Regent HK in team for the world class service and experience Patrick

The Regent is the new standard for luxury in Hong Kong
The hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. As a Diamond Elite member, I received an upgrade to a Harbour view room which was spectacular. The only feedback I have is that the breakfast buffet can be very busy at peak hours but otherwise it’s a very good buffet. I will choose it going forward as my hotel of choice in Hong Kong.

Regent Hong Kong ทำเลเกาลูน TST เดินมาจาก Mondrian ผ่านลอดมาทาง mtr ไม่ไกลมาก พยายามติดต่อ รร เพื่อใช้ CSU ครั้งแรก ได้เป็น studio suite city view แต่ขอเปลี่ยนเป็น classic harbour view ไม่เคยใช้ CSU แต่ รร ตอบกลับมาว่ายินดี upgrade ให้ นึกว่าจะหัก CSU ภายหลัง เข้าไปดู rewards wallet CSU ยังไม่โดนหัก รร มี 16 ชั้น 497 ห้อง 75% เป็น harbour view แต่ที่นี่ค่อนข้างหวง ดูจาก YouTube ชาวต่างชาติ การอัพเกรดมา harbour view ครั้งนี้ถือว่าโชคดีเลยทีเดียว ได้ห้องชั้น 11 เป็น Classice Harbour View daybed moongate ขนาด 38 sqm ดูสะอาด กว้าง สงบ และเรียบง่าย แต่ดูหรูหรา อุปกรณ์ ในห้องใช้ของคุณภาพดี มีชา pu'er ให้ด้วย มีขนมเปี๊ยะโมจิมันม่วง และ Chocolate Dubai รสชาติดี เป็น welcome gift สระว่ายน้ำอยู่ชั้น 3 มี Gym ขนาดใหญ่ อุปกรณ์ technogym สะอาด และทันสมัย Lounge อยู่ชั้น 2 คุณภาพอาหาร และเครื่องดื่มดีมาก ส่วนการบริการคือดีเลิศ ไม่เคยได้เจอบริการแบบนี้ในไทย พนง ใส่ใจ active มีชวนให้ลองนั้น ลองนี้ มีแนะนำอาหารต่างๆให้ไปลองชิม ปกติที่ไทยไม่เคยมีใครมาสนใจ แบบนี้ สงสัยหน้าตาไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร 555 แต่ small talk เล็กๆน้อยๆ แบบนี้ ก็ช่วยทำให้แขกรู้สึกอิ่มเอมใจ สรุปดีสมคำร่ำลือ หากมา Hong Kong จะพยายามหาโอกาส มาพักที่นึ่เรื่อยๆ ปล.ห้องน้ำ moongate ลื่นมาก หากไม่ระวัง อาจลื่นล้มได้ พอดีสะดุดทางเข้าลื่นล้ม แต่โชคดีไม่เป็นอะไร #RegentHongKong #Regent #RegentHK #regentihg #regentlounge
