Review: I have been a loyal guest of brands like Marriott and Banyan Tree for years, accustomed to their high standards of service. However, my recent stay at Regent Hong Kong for my 26th birthday was a wake-up call. It wasn't just "service"; it was genuine emotional connection. The "Sandy Wong" Standard: I must specifically commend Ms. Sandy Wong (Regent Experience Agent). When I arrived in the morning, the hotel was fully booked. Instead of a standard rejection for an upgrade, Sandy actively monitored the inventory for me throughout the day. By the time I officially checked in at 5:00 PM, she had secured a Harbour View Suite. This level of "anticipatory service"—where a staff member keeps you in mind even when you are not present—is incredibly rare in the industry. Dining at Lai Ching Heen: The warmth extended to the dining experience. The team at Lai Ching Heen broke down the usual formal wall between staff and guest, making us feel like friends. The signed birthday card and the overall vibe were highlights of the trip. The generosity was overwhelming—we even returned to our room to find another surprise cake (which we sadly couldn't finish after such a magnificent dinner!). Verdict: This experience has convinced me to shift my loyalty to IHG and Regent. If you are looking for a hotel that offers not just luxury hardware but also a soul, look no further. Regent Hong Kong is now my benchmark.

Strongly recommended for family stay. I booked Regent HK for a family trip, the location is convenient and the room view is awesome. The breakfast hall has amazing environment as well and really professional service. My kid was supposed to come along but couldn’t due to a fever, the staff team warmly considered that and brought a stuffed animal koala for our kid and wishing him a quick recovery, I was really touched. I would definitely come again with the family for my next trip.

我參加了香港渣打馬拉松，順道慶祝自己與太太的結婚紀念日。第一次入住Regent Hong Kong，真是一個愉快的體驗。入住時得到前台服務員Sherman的親切接待，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，房間號碼剛好是女兒的出生日期，感覺十分amazing;房間十分好，清潔亦做得好好；早餐十分出色，太太十分滿意；退房時，服務員Hitesh的服務亦十分好，總結這趟旅程十分滿意。已經再次預訂五月的房間，期望再次的入住。

Regent locates in a fantastic convenient place in TST, right next to the Victoria Harbor and Star Ferry. We celebrate our 8th Anniversary in Regent this time, it's so sweet and surprised to receive a cake at our anniversary date. There are also many small surprise every day like tea, face mask, moisturizer, etc. The room we stay is Kowloon View Suite, it's quite big with a bath, it can remove all your tired in HK. Overall it's an amazing experience and can't wait to experience the harbour view room next time.
