I stayed at the Regent Hong Kong with my parents to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Cindy, who, along with the front desk team, was incredibly professional. We loved the color palette, lighting, and the choice of interior materials, but the highlight was undoubtedly the unrivaled view of Victoria Harbour. Every minute spent at the hotel was pure relaxation. Feeling the sea breeze by the pool and Jacuzzi was an experience worth repeating. It is also worth mentioning that the breakfast was extensive and delicious.

We recently stayed at Regent Hong Kong during the Lunar New Year period. As an IHG Platinum Ambassador member, I have experienced many hotels under the brand, and this stay was truly impressive. Despite the festive season being a very busy time, the hotel maintained an excellent and well organised level of service. The team clearly recognises and values IHG members. My membership status was acknowledged upon arrival, and the benefits were well arranged, which made us feel appreciated. I would like to sincerely thank the Reservation Team for carefully arranging all my requests before arrival. We were very pleased to receive a beautiful harbour view room, which made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Cindy at Reception for her warm welcome and professional service. We were celebrating our daughter’s 3rd birthday, and she helped make the occasion memorable for our family. The breakfast restaurant was very busy each morning, yet the team managed everything efficiently and calmly. We appreciated that they slightly extended the breakfast time to accommodate guests. It was clear that all departments are well trained and work closely together, even during peak periods. Regent Hong Kong delivers a high international standard of hospitality. This experience clearly shows why the Regent name represents quality and excellence. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Exceeded all expectations: location, service, rooms, restaurants, etc. We were treated like VIPs! The corner unit room upgrade was a dream come true. I can't thank enough the fabulous team we encountered from the person who checked us in to Cindy who showed us our room and Sandy at check out. They were all wonderful and we really appreciated how courteous and professional they were. Also for celebrating my new job! Thanks so much for everything and hope to come again soon for a longer stay.
