Regent Hong Kong

제이슨 웡 덕분에 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. Even though we arrived late at night, they still welcomed us with great kindness and hospitality.객실에서 보이는 파노라마 전망은 정말 아름다웠으며, 객실 자체도 매우 넓었습니다. 깨끗이. 우리는 2박을 머물렀고, 남편의 생일이라서 마치 특별한 선물을 받은 듯한 느낌이 들었습니다. 생일 선물. 정말 감사합니다 — 다음에 꼭 다시 찾아뵙겠습니다~

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!The location is sooooo good--at my room, I can see nearly the whole Victoria Dockside! I luv the view:) I got experience the Regent Club as part of my room service, and that was incredible: the food was brilliant (there was Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisine, and all taste nice, although I personally love the Japanese set), and the staff greeted us with huge smiles everyday. There was a girl in particular (whose name is Grace--yeppie, I remembered!) who answered our requirements every time in a cheerful AND respectful manner, and did her best to meet it (which she did an excellent job at). The buffet was incredible too--I enjoyed at least 10 Peking duck rolls, and the Chinese restaurant was a hit--the 干炒牛河(stir-fried beef rice noodles) and the （好像有鱿鱼丝的）炒肠粉(pan-fried rice noodle rolls with maybe squid?) are my personal top two. Anyways, Regent HK has been my top hotel for HK (possibly my favorite in the world) and I've came here for like 5 times in 8 months. Guys, plz come here for the BEST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Right from the moment we arrived, The Regent felt special. Having a club room we were whisked away from the excitement in and around reception to the tranquillity of the club lounge. This place and the people here are amazing! The welcome in the club felt so personal, Daniel was absolutely the best before, during and after our stay, he is the number one person we remember from our stay here! Grace’s service was also lovely and friendly. The downstairs breakfast had a wide variety and was very hustle and bustle, but the club lounge was like a sanctuary of tranquillity for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes! This is exactly how a club lounge should feel - a hotel within a hotel, a special more private feel and never overrun. I especially liked their in house negroni which they offered on arrival and every evening. The at table service and the view from the club lounge was very impressive and felt like a peak experience. That was, until we were shown to our room. The suite, while not large as suites go, was incredibly well appointed and had lots of elements of delight and surprise with a complimentary minibar (except wines and spirits) full of nice flavoured waters and juices, then lovely welcome amenities and surprises left in our room most evenings. But, but, but... that view! Wow! This is one of the best views in the world, I could sit there for hours just staring at the view! The other surprise for us was the outdoor pool area. Not only was this area large, tranquil, calm and not full of screaming kids, it was staffed by some absolute top notch people! They were all very nice, but Davis was an absolute legend! They would talk to us about our trip, without being intrusive. They would provide more than what we needed without feeling overbearing and were always available were we to ask for anything. Another example of surprise and delight happened when they brought us some light drinks without being asked based off a previous conversation we'd had about local food and drink. The infinity hot tub and cold plunge were just perfect (despite the fact people get confused that they are all set to different temperatures, so you can ignore the comments on here about them being too cold!!). The only issue at the moment with that set up is that the sauna is a 3 minute walk from the cold plunge, but I suspect as they finish the spa build out that will be addressed (can't even believe they're still improving this property, its already 10/10!). We had lunch at Lai Ching Heen downstairs and that was more of the same incredible service levels with Neo being a standout, looking after our every need. All in all, this is an incredible property in a land of incredible properties. We stayed at Rosewood and Mandarin Oriental during the same trip and this is up there with them. Well done Regent, we'll be back!

First stay at Regent Hong Kong and it seriously impressed. Having stayed here in its old InterContinental days, the transformation is huge. It feels vastly improved while still keeping that iconic harbourfront setting. The redesign is superb: stylish, understated and properly elegant without feeling flashy or overdone. The Club Lounge is a massive upgrade on the old InterContinental offering and comfortably one of the better lounges in Hong Kong. Food quality throughout the day was excellent, with a more premium feel than most club lounges, and the lounge team delivered genuinely polished, attentive service. The only downside was the coffee, which was surprisingly weak for a hotel of this calibre, with no proper espresso machine and pod coffee no better than what is in the room. We were upgraded to a Premium Harbour View Room, which felt bigger than many suites I have had elsewhere in Hong Kong. If you stay here, get a harbour view room. It absolutely makes the experience. The pool facilities are among the best in Hong Kong, especially the spa pool with its infinity harbour views. Overall, a superb comeback for one of Hong Kong’s great hotel icons.

The Regent in Hong Kong exceeded our expectations in every which way. The hotel offers unbeatable views of Victoria Harbor along with understated luxury, and excellent service. Everything from the harbor view rooms to the subtle earthy smell in the corridors to the efficient as well as gracious staff and terrific dining options; added up to elevating your stay. Our checkin & checkout process was warm and efficient thanks to Cindy Chan (checkin, welcome) & Scarlett Fan (checkout). Breakfast was very good with Jason and team ensuring that we were looked after. He even dropped us back to the lobby in a service elevator which was very gracious. Our lunch at Lai Ching Heen was excellent - great food, excellent staff and attention to detail. Special shout out to the amazing concierge team (Nyx Chou, Tiffany Cheng) who were always there to offer their support and advice on sight seeing, restaurant options as well as shopping activities. Additionally, the staff in the lobby, all day dining restaurant and at the entrance (taxi/ car drop area, entrance) were extremely gracious - always there to help. Regent’s convenient location also means that everything from top restaurants, malls, museums and car/taxis are easily accessible. Overall, a truly memorable stay at this luxury hotel, thanks to the staff members who displayed top notch hospitality.
