The location, views, level of service, room size and comfort, and breakfast were outstanding. The Concierge was incredibly helpful. Vincent at concierge was fabulous. His suggestions highly improved our stay.

Excellent everything!! Some hotels are just nice, but the Regent has certainly added a nice touch on top of the already perfect service- my favorite was the gifts they left for us in the room each day to take our stay to another level.

A perfect stay experience during a trip in Hong Kong
An absolutely splendid stay. The service at The Regent Hong Kong was particularly excellent, with staff being both thoughtful and warm. The hotel rooms were well-appointed, comfortable and spacious, while the views directly overlooking Victoria Harbour proved a delightful surprise.

Only better, never best
The Regent Hong Kong offers an exceptional stay with a truly outstanding location. Situated right next to the Avenue of Stars and K11 MUSEA Mall, guests can enjoy a wide range of dining, art, and shopping experiences without even leaving the hotel area. The Hong Kong Space Museum and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre are also just a short walk away, making the location especially friendly and convenient for families with children. The hotel is also very welcoming for family stays. As a Platinum member, we were upgraded to a sea view room, which greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel thoughtfully prepared slippers and bathrobes for our child, which made us feel very well cared for. The room facilities are of very high quality, with a large and extremely comfortable bed. The coffee capsules were generous—nine capsules provided at once—and they were replenished promptly every day. All toiletries and amenities were premium and well selected. Throughout our stay, all hotel staff were warm, friendly, and professional, always greeting guests with genuine smiles. We also enjoyed afternoon tea in the lobby, which was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. In summary, having stayed at many InterContinental Group hotels and brands, our feeling about Regent Hong Kong is simple: there is only better, never best. It is truly an outstanding choice for both family travel and leisure stays in Hong Kong.
