The Regent Hong Kong is by far one of the most accommodating hotels I have stayed in my life. From check-in to check out the staff at the property were there for any need that I may have had. They’ve even went as far as to provide amenities that were not typically covered, which added to the sentiment that I’m stating. For any of you who would like an amazing views with an amazing service this is the place to be!

Excellent hotel with a wonderful location in Hong Kong. Highly recommend it for any kind of traveler. Breakfast offer is superb. I was celebrating my Birthday and even a Birthday cake was waiting for me in our room. Definitely would stay in this hotel in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at Regent Hong Kong. I originally booked a Victoria Harbour View Room, and the experience exceeded my expectations. During check-in, Victor provided exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. To our surprise, he kindly upgraded our room, which made the stay even more special. Victor’s hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. The room itself was excellent. It was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The soundproofing was also impressive — the room was very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The view of Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning, with a perfect harbor view right from the room. Both the daytime scenery and the night skyline were beautiful and made the stay very memorable. The location of the hotel is also excellent. K11 MUSEA is right next door, so shopping and dining are extremely convenient with plenty of great options within a short walking distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Special thanks again to Victor for his outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Regent Hong Kong and would love to stay here again on my next trip.

I stayed at the Regent Hong Kong with my girlfriend, and it was my first time visiting this hotel. Overall, it was a very memorable experience. All of the staff we encountered were professional and kind, but I would especially like to recognize Hitesh, who escorted us to our room. Even though it was my first time staying at the hotel, his warm hospitality immediately made me feel comfortable. The way he explained the room and welcomed us made the experience feel much more personal and special.
