The Upper House

This was my fourth stay since 2023, and the staff's friendliness and professional service attitude have not changed at all. Even though there are many hotels in Hong Kong, I can find a truly wonderful hotel (House). My wife, who accompanied me, agreed. My next visit is not yet confirmed, but I'm hoping for spring next year, so I'm already looking forward to my return. I'll keep working hard until then.

Definitely my favorite hotel in HK, Very nice view, very quiet, very nice crew, Everything was perfect for my last trip to HK. I could slept very well at the upper house, and enjoy my own time at room. Thanks a lot to invited me to the boat party with many stunning peoples, Super chic and chill to enjoy nice food and drinks on the boat during sunset... Wonderful memories. By the way, I love the room, specially the bath room!

Our staycation at The Upper House was nothing short of perfection and keep as one of the best hotel experiences in Hong Kong. My boy friend and I had visited few times and this time for birthday celebration, before I come, Edward, the Director of Guest Experience already emailed me and check if any table reservation is needed etc, his service was personal, and flawless. The team anticipated our needs and made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout our entire stay. The room itself was luxury, and famously spacious bathroom, which was a highlight of our stay. It really feels like home and completely refreshed after the stay. For anyone seeking impeccable service and a truly luxurious and peaceful staycation, The Upper House is without a doubt the top choice. Hope to come back soon :)

The Upper House is pure magic. This was my third stay, and somehow, it gets more special every time. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely transported—welcomed with such grace, calm, and warmth by every staff member. There’s a unique feeling of returning “home” rather than a hotel when you step foot inside. My room was stunning: panoramic views of the city and harbor, a remarkably designed bathroom that is so spacious, and many thoughtful touches everywhere. I stayed for 4 nights this time and truly didn’t want to leave. While there isn’t the typical amenities of a luxury hotel, the room itself makes up for it tenfolds. The service was exceptional—genuine, intuitive, never overbearing. The team remembered little details and made every moment feel personal. The location couldn’t be more convenient—perched above Pacific Place in Admiralty with easy access to the MTR, shops, and restaurants—yet the atmosphere felt completely serene, like a private retreat in the clouds. Every detail was curated with care and every space is stylish in a subtle, sophisticated way. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a feeling. A place you dream of returning to the moment you leave. A flawless stay. Five stars aren’t enough!

As an HH member and after a decade of Hong Kong travels, The Upper House was a standout. From its stunning design to breathtaking Victoria Harbour views from our spacious room, every detail impressed. The personalized service stood out a dedicated guest experience manager escorted us to our room, enhancing the luxury feel.
