This hotel met all of my exspections, very clean, the staff was wonderful and I loved the location close to the beach and all the good shopping. Also the hotel provides you with towels, chairs and umbrellas in case you want to go to the beach which was great! The pool was relaxing and never too busy or loud so you could truly relax.

When the shuttle I had a reservation confirmation didn't show up on my departure day, The bellmen were so kind to help me contact the company and did all the process for full refund, then called a taxi for me to the airport. I might have missed my flight without their kind help.

Nice and clean hotel, great service throughout (except for a disappointing dining experience at the lobby restaurant). The vehicle parking valet team was awesome! Made us feel very welcomed with their kind and friendly service.

Halepuna Waikiki is a gorgeous hotel and puts you in a central location of Oahu, so walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants is a breeze. Our room was so clean and smelled good too! The lobby feels brand new and has a gorgeous, zen-like Japanese-inspired ambiance. The pool is the perfect size and has a view of the ocean. The pool bar has great drinks. The whole hotel felt clean and modern. We loved having breakfast at the hotel restaurant UMI, which has a Japanese theme, and the food was delicious. I stayed with my husband and 7 month old son. They offered a crib, but we used our pack and play since we had it with us. We loved the remote control shades in the room, which had a set of sheer and blackout shades. We slept soundly since we didn't hear any street noise from our hotel room, and we stayed there on a Friday night too. The bakery connected to the hotel is incredible and a must visit. Lastly, all of the staff, from the valet, bellhop, front desk and cleaning crew, were all so kind and helpful. Miles was so helpful and kind with our bags and welcoming us to Honolulu. Keiko at the front desk was also so helpful with our check out. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came on our honeymoon here and we were so delighted with our accommodation. We were given celebratory bubbles from the lovely front desk staff. The location is great, being at one end of Waikiki beach close to many of the many shopping areas and restaurants. You’re truly spoilt for choice here. The hotel itself was quiet for sleeping well, had a great pool and spa, great amenities and comfortable bedding. Would definitely recommend and return.
