Thanks to the great location of the hotel, we fully enjoyed our anniversary vacation. Very easy to find somewhere to eat and drink, and the shuttles for activities stopped right at the hotel. Whenever we had questions or difficulties, James Yi helped us. He's just the best. We would like to say thank you James for making our vacation special.

This is probably the worst hotel in Waikiki. Idk who at the government decided to stay here but they obviously never been to Hawaii. There are better hotels with cheaper rates. The rooms are gross and disgusting, there is zero water pressure, self parking is $50 and you should see this parking lot (you would gasp), and there’s so much more!!!

Fantastic view, comfortable bed, and wonderful staff! We really enjoyed the room, the restaurant next to the pool and the location.

Parking in the death trap structure was chaotic, we arrived to a FULL LOT sign and were turned away on multiple occasions even though we were charged $55 plus tax per day to park
