We are regular visitors to the beautiful Waikiki Beach Resort. This year we had the pleasure of meeting Ricky Kuga, Membership Sales Manager. Ricky was our saviour beginning with a fouled up reservation. Throughout our stay his guidance and help for not only for us, but my son and his wife was immeasurable. Thank You Ricky!!! I had another amazing stay at Outrigger Waikiki! This hotel feels like my home away from home. It boasts the best location in Waikiki, surrounded by shops and, best of all, right on the beach! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mae. She welcomed me back and recognized me from my previous stays, making me feel special and welcomed. The check-in process was smooth, and Mae assigned me a beautiful ocean-view room. She even called me afterward to make sure everything was okay. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, the housekeeping team manages to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else due to the awesome service from the staff!

Ricky was attentive and very helpful. All was fantastic! Holly was very good at the pool, along with other members of the staff. This is my preferred hotel in Waikiki and have been a guest of Outrigger for over thirty years. The over all service and experience was exceptional!

It was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Found all staff members occomadting from the front desk, concierge, to the club lounge. The club room worked out great for our early morning breakfast. The food was good and plentiful to start your day hassle free.

Beautiful beachfront hotel with great amenities, we stayed as part of the Outrigger Platinum membership and the Voyager 47 club was a fantastic addition to our package. Saizhuan was our room cleaner for the duration of our stay and her work is phenomenal!
