Excellent to relax without crowds
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Waikiki, Oahu. Even though it doesn’t have direct beach access, it truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is very peaceful), quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the island. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything you might need, the staff is happy to provide, which makes the experience even better. It really felt like the perfect place to come back to and rest. I also tried the breakfast—it was good and enjoyable. However, for my next visit, I might explore other breakfast options nearby since there are so many great places around Waikiki. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. If possible, book a high-floor room with an ocean view—it’s definitely worth it!

Great, relaxing trip!
Everything was great. We enjoyed the pool area and pool bar, relaxing massage at the spa, and had something from the delicious bakery every day of our visit!

The worst experience ever !!! The attached brand new hat and box couldn’t be found anywhere in the room. Or cleaning crew stole it

Clean. Friendly Staff. Compatible price with convenient location. Very well arranged lighting control panel. +1 Their hotel restaurant, Umi, worst restaurant ever. Do NOT go! Maybe you feel curious when reading till here. Do NOT try if you do not live locally. It will waste one precious dining opportunity of your wonderful trip.

Fantastic hospitality, great location!!!
What a hidden gem!! We made reservations at this hotel the day before due to weather conditions that caused the cancellation of our condo reservation. So glad because it gave us the opportunity to experience at this hotel the best hospitality and service. Hats off to the entire staff!! We felt pampered the moment we stepped in. If you are looking to make a reservation here do not hesitate, we highly recommend it.
