Stealing happen in the hotel
The worst experience ever !!! The attached brand new hat and box couldn’t be found anywhere in the room. Or cleaning crew stole it

Clean. Friendly Staff. Compatible price with convenient location. Very well arranged lighting control panel. +1 Their hotel restaurant, Umi, worst restaurant ever. Do NOT go! Maybe you feel curious when reading till here. Do NOT try if you do not live locally. It will waste one precious dining opportunity of your wonderful trip.

What a hidden gem!! We made reservations at this hotel the day before due to weather conditions that caused the cancellation of our condo reservation. So glad because it gave us the opportunity to experience at this hotel the best hospitality and service. Hats off to the entire staff!! We felt pampered the moment we stepped in. If you are looking to make a reservation here do not hesitate, we highly recommend it.

Every detail
The Halepuna is a sister property of the legendary Halekulani Hotel. Like its sister property, the Halepuna's attention to detail is superb. From the smoothness of check-in, remembering our previous visit, to reminders about parking and furnishing umbrellas for the rain, the Halepuna checks every box. Located close enough to take advantage of what both properties have to offer from the Halekulani bakery and cafe next door to the SpaHalekulani and Lewers Lounge across the street and Umi by Vikram on-site, it is absolutely wonderful. The pool, staff, service, cleanliness, quality of the rooms were all top-notch. Whether you travel for business, staycation, or refer family and friends, this is the perfect location.
